By commissioning me (Yahikyun) in any kind of way,

you (the client) are agreeing to the terms of service below.

Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, prior to the commission.

◇ All commissions are digital. I will not ship anything physical to you.

◇ Kindly provide neat references or clear instructions. Communication between us, client & artist is very important.

◇ I reserve the right to cancel a commission due to rude or ill behaviour from the client, or any other similar circumstances that I will not tolerate.

◇ Please take note of my Dos & Don'ts. If you have any inquiries, feel free to contact me.

◇ All commissions must be paid in full upfront.

◇ Commission prices are subject to change at any time. Ongoing commissions 

 by any changes in pricing before its completion.

◇ After a commission is finished, only small changes & adjustments are allowed to be made.

◇ Any major changes will come with an extra charge. I reserve the rights to charge an additional fee if I considered the changes to be over my workload limit. (i.e. Redrawing an entire outfit, multiple major changes, extra complex request & etc.)

Please keep in mind to have a clear reference to start with, make sure to clearly convey what you aim for. I'm always open for discussions.

WORKING TIME: MONDAY-SUNDAY. (Whenever I have free time, due to remote job)

 I will do my absolutely best to deliver the final work if client has set a hard deadline.

◇ All videos are rendered in MP4, 1920 X 1080

◇ All artworks are drawn in 300 DPI, will be delivered in PNG.

◇ Files will be primarily delivered/shared through Google Drive. Dropbox, MEGA or any file sharing sites are also available depending on clients' convenience.

◇ Work In Progress will only be given if the commissioner personally ask for it. WIPs might be given as well, if I the artist, feel the need to update you on it, such as inquiring about more details and client's opinions.

◇ The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 

 depending on many factors such as; Health, order of commission, complexity, work or family issues.

If any of the things stated above occurs, you will be notified for any possible delays.

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, VRoid model & video that I'm commissioned to create.

Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;

Promote myself with in any place or site.

Print the art, use the model in VR chat/MMD and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing, VRoid model & video itself.

Use the commissioned work to promote themselves with proper credit given to me, the artist.

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the commissioned work will be retracted.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:

 Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (i.e. Selling the VRoid model without my acknowledgement)

Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.

Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.

(However, model file conversion is allowed but I appreciate it if you notify me.)

※ Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned work for Non-Fungible Tokens or any cryptocurrency. Use of the artwork/model/video for any advertising or profits associated with Non-Fungible Tokens or any cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

I have the right to cancel your commission and issue a refund at any time.

 from me, the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.

If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

※If a commission is cancelled under the circumstances of financial difficulty, a partial refund may be issued according to the 

But please make sure you are financially stable before commissioning anyone!

If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.

Your name will be blacklisted & publicly displayed everywhere for others to watch out for.

I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money I received after a commission is confirmed and the transaction for the payment is completed.

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

Pose, traits, multiple characters, add-ons, etc.
