TOS YAY

Hi! Thank you for considering me to work on your dream emote/art! As a friendly reminder, I do work fulltime so please bear with me on the scheduled delivery. Also, I will be as respectful as possible with you so I hope you will do the same with me! I am happy to be at your service, and I hope to work with you!

PLEASE REFER TO REFUNDS SECTION ABOUT ANY AND ALL REFUNDS-RELATED CONCERNS.

Max of 3 revisions. Meaning, If I already drew the outline and you gave me the go and I proceed, I'm willing to make changes to the outline but that counts as a revision.

Most of the time, depending on how complex, I can finish most emotes within 2-3 days. But again, I do work FULLTIME hence the little slots and of course, depends on how detailed the emotes is instructed to be drawn, it may take more than the 2-3 days deadline. There will also be a queue, so if you end up requesting a commission before a few clients, you will have to expect to wait for around a week until delivery.

Delivery will be VIA EMAIL to maximize quality and integrity HOWEVER if EMAIL does not work out for you, I am open to send via Twitter DMS and Discord DMS.

Personal/Commercial use are allowed, however, Selling usages are PROHIBITED. 

USING MY ART TO SELL AS YOURS IS PROHIBITED. 

I'm not requiring a shoutout either, however if you had not requested for the NDA agreements on the form, I will tag you in final completion on my social links.

Refunds are NON-NEGOTIABLE, once payments have gone through and I start working on your commission, I will not be able to refund you. 

ONLY REFUNDS THAT ARE ACCEPTABLE IS IF I END UP REFUSING YOUR WORK FOR EMERGENCY REASONS.

I can and will communicate via all of my social links. Twitter/X, Instagram, Discord, Email, etc. Do not hesitate to reach out to me, and i WILL 100% provide updates and WIPs.

Illustration TOS

Most of the time, depending on how complex, I can finish most Illustrations within 1-2 months (maybe even less). But again, I do work FULLTIME hence the little slots and of course, depends on how detailed the illustration is instructed to be drawn, it may take more than the 1-2 months deadline. There will also be a queue, so if you end up requesting a commission before a few clients, you will have to expect to wait for around a few weeks until delivery.

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

Pose, traits, multiple characters, add-ons, etc.

3 REVISIONS, ONE PER EACH PHASE- SKETCH, LINEART, COLORING.

Will be sent as .PNG files, both w/ and w/o background (transparent and w/ background)

Personal use ONLY (personal twitch, twitter/X, instagram, etc.)

SLIGHT ANIMATION - BASE charge $25 (hair sway, arm movement, prop movement)

Will NOT do GORE, NUDITY, (Lewd allowed).

ETA completion 1-2 months depending on complexity

SLIGHT ANIMATION - BASE charge $20 (hair sway, arm movement, prop movement)
