All code created by Tixyel is non-transferable. The client does not have permission to transfer, claim ownership, modify, share, or distribute the code without explicit written consent from Tixyel.

Tixyel reserves the right to showcase all completed work in their portfolio and on social media unless a confidentiality agreement is established and agreed upon by both parties. Proper credit for the developed work is appreciated.

- Refund Policy: No refunds or cancellations are allowed after payment is made.

- Revisions: Bug-related revisions are free for 10 days after delivery. After this period, additional revisions may be subject to fees or denial.

- Deadlines: Can be discussed before project initiation and must be mutually agreed upon. Expedited requests will incur an additional charge based on project complexity.

Clients are permitted to use the commissioned work on digital platforms, social media, and streaming services for promotional purposes.

1. Consultation: Tixyel will gather details regarding project requirements, features, and design specifications.

2. Payment: Payment is required upfront to secure a spot in the queue.

3. Progress Updates: Once the client's turn in the queue arrives, progress updates—including screenshots and videos—will be shared.

4. Testing Phase: Both Tixyel and the client are responsible for testing and identifying any issues.

5. Final Approval & Delivery: Upon completion, the widget will be delivered via GitHub.

All communication must be conducted through Discord, email, or another mutually agreed-upon platform.

Any sensitive data shared during the project must be kept strictly confidential by both parties.

Free post-delivery support is provided for 10 days. After this period, additional support will be subject to a fee based on the project's complexity.

The client is granted the right to use the provided code. However, ownership and intellectual property rights remain with Tixyel.

- The client may cancel a commission at any time before payment. However, after payment, cancellations will not be refunded.

- Tixyel reserves the right to refuse a commission request for any reason.

These terms are subject to change at any time upon discussion.

A separate licensing fee is required for commercial use of the commissioned code. This fee can be discussed before project initiation.

By commissioning Tixyel's services, the client automatically agrees to these terms.

Tixyel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of Tixyel’s services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

If the client requests new features after payment has been made, additional charges will apply based on the scope of work.

The final implementation will be as close as possible to the provided design, within the limitations of the technology used.

Custom sounds: + 10 USD (sounds must be sent)

Configurable colors and texts via fields: + 20 USD

The design must be delivered to me via Figma or Illustrator.

It is important to remember that the design must be made with vectors for the highest quality of the widget.

If only images are delivered, a fee of **20 USD** will be charged for the design recreation via Figma.

: I do not accept strict deadlines, at most 6 weeks. If you need the widget ready sooner, a rush fee will be charged.
