Terms of Service

- Once payment is confirmed, I will begin work on your commission and provide you with a WIP of the track -- once that WIP is confirmed, I will then flesh it out into a fully fledged song.

- Payment must be received upfront prior to any work being started. 

- Revisions for the track are unlimited and extend past the finish date of the commission, so long as they do not change the core of the track.

- For large revisions (i.e., going with a different idea for the song entirely), these must be handled prior to the WIP being confirmed.

- Typically, turn around time is 2-5 weeks from the confirm date of the commission. If there is a need for a rush order (within 2 weeks), there will be an additional charge of $100.

- This music is allowed to be used only by you, the client, and may not be attributed to anyone else except for the creator of the BGM.

- As the creator of the Original BGM, I have the exclusive right of ownership of the track that will be given to you for your usage.

- As the creator of the remix, neither I nor the client own the original track used in the remix--however, I do claim ownership over the remix.

- I reserve the right to refuse any commission if they fall under any of these circumstances:

   - If it puts myself or any other artist at risk.

   - If it is used in a way that is offensive or hurtful to another party.

   - If it is not feasible in the time frame given.

   - If I am currently unavailable to begin the commission.

- In the event that I am unable to finish a commission I have started within the deadline given, I will issue a full refund to the client.

- Communication and file sending will be held through Discord, so it is imperative that I receive correct information to be able to contact you as needed.

Songs, Music Videos, Character Reference Sheets--whatever you think will help me to capture the feel you're going for should be uploaded here!

Unlimited revisions (so long as they do not change the core make up of the song once fully started)

Files will be delivered in .wav format for highest quality

Shh....don't tell Atlus we got one of their unreleased P4DAN remixes.

Jokes aside, I got the idea to make this remix based off of the amazing cover of "Your Affection" by Rachel Lee, so one day we were thrown into a discord chat, I hit up my other friend who also produces, and here we are, a month later. It was an incredible honor to work with both of them!
