I have the right to make my own decisions, and I can choose to decline a commission for any reason I may have. 

♦I always send sketches before making any changes. I take great pride in my work and strive to provide the best quality possible. If I make a mistake, I am more than happy to make the necessary corrections. However, I do not change my drawings by request unless I feel it is necessary. I believe in creating art that is true to my vision and style, and I take great care in making sure that my work is up to my standards.

♦Sometimes, commissions come with a friend's character, and I have had commissions where the commissioner has had a falling out with their friend, but still wishes for me to continue, and swap the people out for someone else. This will always be an additional charge, depending on where I am in the process of completion.

♦Depending on the complexity of the project, it may take anywhere from 7 days up to 2 weeks for me to complete it. I ask that you please do not rush me, as art needs time to be done properly. For larger projects, it may take up to 4 months for me to finish.

♦ I own all the rights to the picture, and it can only be used for personal purposes. If you would like to repost the image, please make sure to give me credit.

﻿♦If you would like to commission me for commercial purposes, the prices listed above are not applicable. For commercial commissions, an additional fee will be added to the base price.

♦I understand that there may be times when a customer is not satisfied with the work I have done, however, I only offer refunds if I have not begun working on the project. This policy ensures that I am able to provide quality work for all of my customers and that no time or money is wasted.

♦A 50% refund may be given in certain circumstances. If I have already begun the commission, such as a sketch or flat colors, but it is still in the early stages, then a 50% refund may be given. The refund will be calculated based on the amount of work that has been completed, and the amount of time that has been invested in the project. It is important to note that refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

♦Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds if the client is not satisfied with the result. However, I do provide plenty of opportunities for the client to view sketches and modifications before the final product is completed, so that they can be sure they are getting exactly what they want.

♦I have two options for communicating: Discord or email. Please let me know which method of communication you prefer.

♦Having access to my contact information for a commission does not give you permission to spam me with requests for updates. If you would like to request an update on your commission, please do so no more than once every two days. This will help to ensure that I am able to give you the most accurate and up-to-date information without being overwhelmed by too many requests.
