Wiggly Emote Policy

My work cannot be used for AI/NFT purposes.

My work may not be used for commercial purposes (merchandise, reselling, etc,) unless commercial use and fees are discussed with me.

You may include my work when rebranding, however you must make me aware of the new ownership.

Proper credit must always be given wherever used (your about sections, your credits page, your twitter post, etc.)

All finalized work will be sent via email.

Payments are nonrefundable once work has been approved at the first frame approval portion.

If you issue a chargeback after completion of your emote, you will be put on my client blacklist and will not be allowed to commission me again. 

All payments must be made within 1 business week of your request submission. If you need more time, please let me know! You're always welcome to resubmit your request.

I will send a WIP frame for your approvial via Twitter, Discord, or Email. When the frame is approved, I will finish the emote. I will not start the animation process before the design is approved.

Once the emote design is approved, there will be a +25% of the initial commission price fee for each additional revision.

Delivery time will depend on your space in the queue. You can expect your emote within 3 weeks maximum.

Rush feeds may apply for and orders needing to be finished within 3 weeks. Rush fees are +25% of the total price (not including revisions).

I will try to complete my work as soon as I can, but on the chance that there are delays on my end, I will discuss this with you personally. 

My work may be posted on social media with proper credit.

All emotes may be used wherever you use emotes and may be uploaded to 7TV or BTTV as long as they are set to private. Emotes/Twitch assets/etc may be used on the applicable platforms without paying an additional fee (commercial use for streaming is included in the base price).

I retain full ownership rights of my artwork.

Unless agreed upon, I may use completed commissions as examples of my work in my portfolios and posted to my social media.

If no work has been started, you are entitled to a refund and cancellation, minus a 5% inconvenience fee.

If work has already begun, I do not offer refunds or cancellations unless I feel I am unable to complete the work as previously expected.

If you request a specific deadline and I am unable to deliver before that date (as agreed upon), you may be entitled to a partial refund for the inconvenience.

As there is not a WIP process, you may request a revision within reason (color changes, placement of features) with no added charge. Anything that requires over 25% of the piece to be redrawn may be subject to additional fees.

Characters must have a clear reference. I will decline work without a proper reference!

One 500 x 500 Animated Gif (for discord emotes, discord stickers and twitch emotes)

Files may be larger than 500 x 500 due to complicated designs but will be provided in a square format

You may request an unusual body shape (+$10)

All characters will be simplified to some degree

I will share a WIP of a single frame for your approval. Once the frame is approved, I will finish the emote.

You may request minor changes at and after the time of delivery (simple color changes). Anything beyond a simple color change will result in additional fees.

One Custom Drippy Gumball Face Popsicle art of your chosen character or OC (great for emotes for Twitch and Discord)

One 2048 x 2048 (minimum) Transparent PNG of your custom ice cream gumball popsicle

One 1000 x 1000 Completed Art Showcase (for posting on social media)

As the art is simplified, I will not be able to share a WIP.
