Policy

All the art created on theese comissions is human made, which means you must be respectful with the creator and the creation process. By cofirming the payment, you agree to the following ToS.

Payments are fully upfront unless there are add-ons you'll like to request after the initial payment. 

You can ask for big changes during the sketch phase, for free. Big changes after the lineart phase will be charged accordingly to the complexity.

All deadlines will be inform to you and there shall be respected by myself unless there's a personal situation, of which you'll be inform about.

Every phase of work (sketch, lineart and coloring) take me around a week, so you can expect your work to be done in three weeks.

Depending on the add-on, it may or may not take more time than usual. This will be informed to you at the beggining of the work.

The commissions have personal use, which means you can print them to decor your space, publish them in your social media, use them to play at your tabletop party, etc. The only condition is that you credit me.

In case of commercial uses, fees may apply. It'll be negociated at the very beggining.

The work I have produced as an image if completely mine as well the design in case I had to make it from scratch.

The ownership of the character belongs to you.

I don't agree that my work may be used for data training or anything related. If you do so, I'll won't be working with you again and I'll warn any felllow artists.

Refunds will be only of the 50% of the total price once you have requested the work in case you change your mine.

If I'm unable to continue with the commission, you'll be refund the total of what I didn't manage to do.

You can always contact me here or in my socials. I always try to answer as fast as I can but consider that time zones can affect.

I'll always be respectful and you shall do as such. 

If I'm unconfortable with the communication due to any reason, you'll be inform and your commission may be canceled or partially refunded.

Full colored artwork of your character, which can be either from a preexisting design you own, or the creation of a new design from scratch. It can also be fanart of any character.

JPG with grey background for full body art or color background if requested.

Full background will be charged according to the complexity of it.

Small changes at the sketch step are free of charge.

Changes will be charged depending on the complexity of them.

I'll send you WIPs of every step before I get to the next one, so you know what you are getting.

I never get delayed with the dates, unless I've had a personal problem, in which case you'll be inform.

Three flat colored designs of your character with different clothing in the same pose.

$10 extra if any of the designs also change the character initial feautures ( for example: demonic form, a different hair style, wings, horns, etc).
