You will receive sketches and preview of the finished work for feedback and approval;

Let me know beforehand if you need your commission to be a priority;

The rush fee is +50% added on the total of your order;

I reserve myself the right to deny a commission if I don't feel comfortable;

You will receive all the commissioned artwork via google drive link;

I will send a banner with the artwork for you to announce it on social media;

By commissioning me, you agree to all my terms of service, and that you’re paying for my services and time.

You can pay half of the payment before starting and half after the sketch has been approved. 

Big changes on the sketch (change of character, different camera angle or a new pose) will be charged 50% of the artwork. 

Ex.: Change a pog emote to cry, change a male vtuber to a female vtuber

I work from Monday to Friday. Holidays and sick days not included. Except on rush order.

Deadline is usually from 1-2 weeks, depending on the order and the waiting list it may increase to 3 weeks.

Don’t resell or redistribute my work. You may however commission me as a gift for someone else.

I may reserve the right to use my artwork on my social media/portfolio.

For Twitch related orders or orders intended to be used by an outside service/organization, you are fully responsible for ensuring that the artwork obeys the rules and terms of service of that specific service/organization. I do not take any responsibility for any artwork rejected by Twitch, or by any other outside service/organization. I can do small changes but not a new artwork.

Commissioners always have to give me proper credit as the artist by leaving a link to my twitter when reposting their piece.

Please inquiry privately if you'd like to purchase commercial rights. The fee may vary depending on things such as the type of product being sold, the quantity expected to be sold and the popularity of the client/brand involved.

If you, the client, has not purchased a commercial license from me, I hold all the rights to your commission. Meaning you are not allowed to use your commission for profit (such as merchandise). Should the client be found breaking the copyright/usage agreement every right to the commissioned image will be retracted with no refund.

Due to the nature of this work there are no refunds available. You only have the right to cancel the commission if money has not yet been sent.

If you are unresponsive after a month of me trying to contact you for a feedback, your order will be cancelled and you will receive no refund.

Those are digital goods, nothing physical will be shipped to you.

If you want a pose with more than 1 character, $15 will be charged extra for each character

This artwork piece is an art from the bust upwards (height of the breasts), If you want a fullbody, you will be charged +$30 more
