By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

Terms can be changed on a case-by-case basis.

Commissions are for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

Prices are subject to change, customers who have purchased prior or are on the waitlist prior are not affected.

Using my works for NFTs or AI is strictly prohibited.

I have the right to decline a request for any reason.

I will not start on a commission until I receive full payment. Unless we have agreed otherwise.

Split payments only for order above $100, but I will prioritize commission with full payment

No refunds once the commission has been placed.

'Surprise me' commissions have no revisions.

Commissions will be completed within 1-3 months of placing the order. It may take less time if I have fewer commissions in my queue, but it may also take longer if my work queue is full. Delays in commissions (if there will ever be) will be announced in advance through DMs on VGen.

The commissioner may repost and use the commissioned piece for personal use (unless agreed otherwise) but credit must always be given.

(Only applies to non-commercial commissions)

I reserve all rights to the art, including, but not limited to: distribution, reproduction, and self-promotion. The act of redistributing, selling, profiting off of, copying, or claiming my art as your own / another person's is strictly prohibited.

Copyright to the artwork is not transferred to the client.

All commissioned artwork posted will have a watermark/signature. Only you will have the full resolution with no watermark or signature. (If the character is copyrighted this will vary.)

Credit must be given to me, YarrowMarigold, when commissioned artwork is used (applies to all commissions, personal and commercial).

Strictly no refunds once the commission has been placed.

Refunds will be initiated from the artist's side if the artist is incapable of continuing the commission in case of health issues, real life emergencies and any life event that may keep the artist from being unable to draw.

We can keep in contact through any of my social media platforms but if I cannot reach you, I will utilize VGen DMs.

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

Pose, traits, multiple characters, add-ons, etc.
