My work must NOT be used to train any AI, CANNOT be used as an NFT and must not be passed off as your own work.

I reserve the right the cancel the commission at any point if I deem necessary, 

By commissioning me you have confirmed you have read and fully agree to my terms of service

Payment can be done either fully upfront, or 50% to start and the remaining 50% before you receive the final HD files.

Clients will receive an initial sketch of the piece within a week or two to revise the piece. 

After that I may occasionally show WIP images to ask feedbacks from the client for any minor adjustments needed. 

Any MAJOR adjustments however, like changing the pose or anything else that I might consider significant enough, may be charged extra. 

 that this must be done by so I can take proper action to get it done.

 (Something that must be done within 48 hours of commissioning the piece) will be subject to a 50% price hike if accepted. 

I reserve the rights to all artwork made to:

Display on any form of social media I am on, unless agreed otherwise.

 for commercial use, meaning you cannot make profit. This is for personal use ONLY unless discussed and agreed upon the Artist and Client.

Claim rights to the character, but not the drawing itself.

Share/Repost their artwork any place they see fit with proper credit to the artists.

Request that their art piece not be displayed on other platforms by the artists. You must request this either before or when you receive the artwork for this rule to come into effect.

If the client requests a refund while still in the initial sketch phase, I will keep 5% of the current amount paid. If requested after the approval of the sketch, I will keep 50% of the final price. 

If paid fully upfront I'll refund half of it, 

But if it was agreed on the 50/50 payment, there won't be a refund of that initial 50%.

If by any means I need to cancel the commission there will be a full refund of what was paid. 

During the commission process, you can reach out to me at any time for progress update. I would ask you do not pressure me to work on the commission every day as I have many projects and commissions ongoing.

For this service, I'll only show a WIP version of it if explicitly asked for.
