Terms of Use

I will send you a proposal within 3 days.

Prices are subject to increase in the future.

Accepting your commission. I will provide you with a rough estimate and production schedule.

Payment from client. Basically, payment is made in advance. In case of difficulty, two payments can be made.

Production begins. Submission of color roughs.

From the start of production to delivery time, vary depending on the type of commission and the volume of requests being worked on.(This can be 1-2 weeks for illustrations and 3-7 weeks for character designs.)

If you have a deadline, please indicate the date on the request form.

All Copyright over the art will belong to the artist.

Clients can use my commission art on social media or streams.(X,Instagram,TikTok,Twtich,YouTube,etc)

A commercial use fee will be charged for merchandising. Please contact me with details such as what kind of merchandise you would like to use the image for.

The artist has the right to cancel the order if there is any breach in the terms in any given moment.

In case the payment has not been made yet, the contractor has the right to cancel the order by sending a message requesting the order to be canceled.

If any kind of refund is forced via third party, all the rights over the art will be revoked from the contractor and the artist will retain the right over the art, having the right to sell to other buyers. The offending contractor will no longer be accepted for art commissioning after the incident.

Refunds will not be made unless an agreement is made.

I may decline an order if the character is not something I think I can execute well.

I will not begin before full payment is sent.

Full refund may be requested only if I haven't started on the commission.

I will only take action if I make a mistake.

Please let me know in advance if you have any detailed rules.

Base prices are set for personal use. Commercial use will be set as a 2x the base price.

As long as you're not selling the commission piece as merchandise, you are allowed to use it for Twitch, YouTube, etc.

I retain the rights to my artwork and may use the pieces as samples/portfolio.

You are not permitted to make my work into NFTs or feed my work to AI.

If additional work or confirmation is required, we may send you a DM with a proposal based on this amount.

Pose, traits, multiple characters, add-ons, etc.

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

We may send DMs to repeat customer to confirm whether or not they would like to receive a special bonus. (Except for requests from YCH.)  If you do not need this service, please write “no special offer required” in the "Extra info".

This request is a set of illustration and animation. We will not move the character illustrations prepared in advance.

Only the background can be brought in on occasion, so please consult with us.
