Please read the T.O.S carefully to avoid problems or confusion. DO NOT claim the work as your own. Furthermore do not use it for profit if the commission is only for personal use this is PROHIBITED. Also keep in mind that by going forward with purchasing from me you agree to all terms stated within the T.O.S.



GENERAL

》 I have the right to use the work for promotional purposes.

(Commission samples, quick paintings, speed paints, streams, etc.. Will not stream or do a speed paint if you opt out of that. But, I have every right to post the final product!).

》 The terms and prices may change without prior notice.

》I will not keep your work for more than a month. So after a month there is a good chance the original work has been removed. This does take disk space and that is limited. So be aware if you wish to wait to buy commercial rights.

》I can send a watermarked version if you wish.

》My signature will be on the work somewhere on the work.

》If you buy commercial rights and it has been within the time that I have not deleted the work I can remove the signature from the work if you would like.

》 I currently have a job so it will take a bit to do any art piece. Some may take a week while others might take a month. If something happens I will contact you and let you know if things will take a bit longer then expected. If you change your contact info or anything that may make it impossible for me to inform you about such information. You must let me know as soon as possible. Otherwise it is NOT my fault you were not kept up to date about something happening!



PAYMENTS

》Minimum payment half up front! Only refundable if I have not started and you have not gotten a single update.

》Rest of the payment will be when I start the finished version. If this is just line art then I will not start line art till after you pay in full. If it's a colored image you will need to pay before I start the coloring. Only refundable if I have not started. Otherwise if I have started not refundable!



REVISIONS

》You will get a total of 3 revisions per work. You may get more if you pay a fee for extra ones.

》If you need the piece completely restarted with a different pose, etc. there will be a fee for that.



DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

》Deadlines will be given upon accepting the work.

》I need an email for sending the files to you



USE

I will be stating here what is commercial vs personal. Commercial is for merch, and other things that you will use for resale.

》 The final product is for PERSONAL USE ONLY (upload to your personal websites, decoration, pfp, Twitch stuff, etc..).

》COMMERCIAL USE IS ×2 THE ORIGINAL PRICE《

(Commercial use applies if the work will be used for merch and other resale based activities.)



INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

》 I have the right to use the work for promotional purposes.

REFUNDS

》 If you only paid half the first half is only refundable if I have not started and you have not gotten a single update.

》If the work was started and you finished paying or paid in full. And If you got an update on the work you can only get half of the refund depending on how far along i got to finishing (so if i was only doing final touches and about to be done you will not get a refund), but if you got an update for the finial version.

》I can communicate with you through email, twitter, or discord.
