Ramune's Terms & Conditions

Prior to commissioning me as an artist, you agree to the following:

1. All terms and conditions outlined on this page.

2. Communicate effectively with me to create the most ideal rig for you, the client.

3. Are above the age or 18 and/or have a legal guardian agree to these terms and conditions.

4. Have the funds available by the time I've reached you in the queue.

5. Prices are subject to change without notice. The only exception for this is finalized quotes.

6. Clients agree all work commissioned will be SFW only. Some exceptions may apply for NSFW.

7. Do NOT file for any charge backs and/or disputes without first contacting and discussing with me.

8. There is a zero tolerance policy for any toxicity. Verbal abuse or harassment will result in termination of the commission.

9. I will not work on crypto, NFT or AI generated models or stolen imagery. There will be no exception to this rule.

1. Commissions will NOT be taken on a first come first serve basis, they will be selected based on my skill level and inspiration for the model.

2. I have the right to refuse commissions. I am not obligated to provide reasoning.

3. Commissions will be first submitted through VGen. Please give me 3-5 business days to reply.

4. If accepted, the client will be contacted by their preferred method of contact. Please note: the client is encouraged to have their DM's open on both Discord and Twitter if they have submitted a request.

5. Clients do NOT need to have a completed PSD, however, clients are encouraged to inform and update me on the status of their model's illustration. Please confirm whether I'm allowed to show your model's work in progress publicly or to be kept confidential.

6. Clients will receive a price quote if the PSD has been submitted. If the art needs revising, I will reach out to either the client or the model artist for revisions.

7. Once the model art has been approved, the client will receive a price quote during this time, and this price will be finalized once sent. In some circumstances, the client will need to pay a deposit in order to hold their spot in the queue.

8. When the client is next in queue, I will contact them around 1 week prior to the start date. This is when the client will need to pay a minimum of 50% of the total cost. Payment in full is acceptable as well.

9. Clients have access to my Trello, this is where all progress is recorded. The model will be marked within the clients card, as parts of the rig are complete.

10. Updates will be sent to the client based on their preferred mode of contact. The client typically receives an update for:

11. The client may request up to 3 additional updates. The client will not receive the working file until it is complete and the invoice is paid in full.

12. The commission will be considered as complete once the client has not replied within 1 week of delivery. Exceptions being minor art touch-ups.

13. The client will receive all necessary runtime files needed to use the commission. The client will NOT receive the cmo3 working file.

14. If the client has revisions past the 1 week completion mark, there may be an additional cost.

1. All payments will be done via VGen's payment system. 

2. A deposit of a minimum of 50% will be necessary in order to start the commission, unless otherwise discussed by the artist, myself, and the client.

3. The remaining cost of the agreed upon price will need to be paid before receiving any files. The client may request a video of the completed file to ensure work is completed.

1. Revisions are any work done after the client has received their finalized files.

2. The client may request up to 3 sets of revisions. This will not include major revisions. 

3. Major revisions will require an additional cost, which will be discussed by the client and myself.

1. Commissions will be delivered no later than 6 weeks from the start date. Clients are encouraged to provide deadlines and/or debut dates to further assist within the completion timeline.

2. I do NOT do rush orders. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Please note: Life happens, and I will communicate if there are updates for your commission. I also post publicly through Twitter, and my DM's are always open.

1. The client's and artist's legal names, country of origin, and other personal information may become known during the commission process. Specifically during the payment process.

2. The client and artist mutually agree to keep all information confidential, with the exception of a legal matter.

3. I have the right to stream model rigging, only with the client's permission. This will be submitted during the VGen stage.

1. The client owns the right to their own Intellectual Property, however, RamuneLive owns the right to any rigging portion of the model.

1. Refunds may be requested in full if the rigging process has not begun. Once rigging has started, there will be NO refunds. Please note: If I am unable to complete the commission, a refund will be issued.

2. Chargebacks/Disputes may ONLY occur once the client has spoken with me, the rig artist.

3. The rig may be sold to another third party, however, the original client will first need to confirm with me that it is acceptable. In most circumstances, the rig may be sold. The original client may NOT charge more than the original cost of the rig. The new client will need to credit @RamuneLive.

1. Communication will be done via Twitter or Discord.

2. I work out of PST (GMT-8) timezone, please allow up to 24 hours for a response. 

3. Ramune will not work on the weekends, but will reply to DM's. There may be exceptions depending on deadlines and other factors.

This is for a Premium Full Body rig. $2500 USD is the base price, however pricing does vary based on model complexity. Please inform me of any additions you may want to add onto your model!

This is for a custom animation. Please note you will need to have a PSD ready file ready for me to animate for you!

Will receive a full rendered out video of commissioned animation

Price varies depending on complexity of the PSD and amount of time requested for animation

I can touch up your model too! If you happen to have the source file from your original rig artist, or I *am* your original rig artist, I can help touch up whatever you need! Pricing starts at $100 and will go up depending on complexity.

If I'm the original rig artist, you will receive all working files. This will NOT include the cmo3 source file. However, if you worked with another rig artist, I can also provide the source file upon request.

I will animate your emotes/alerts for you! Please not I will need the art separated in advance, and you will need to provide the PSD.

Will receive a background-less version of the desired emote, as well as all necessary size requirements fit for Twitch/Youtube

This is for a "Skeb" style rig. The price you pay is the quality you will receive in return! A minimum of $100 USD will need to be put down in order to receive bare minimum movements. Complexity will go up based on the price, so please understand what is included may vary.

This is for a Chibi rig. $800 USD is the base price, however pricing does vary based on model complexity. Please inform me of any additions you may want to add onto your model! 

This is for a Pet rig. $300 USD is the base price, however pricing does vary based on model complexity. Please inform me of any additions you may want to add onto your model!
