✨ Prickles' Terms of Service ✨

• By requesting and paying for my services, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions without exception. If you don’t agree to my terms, then I will not be working with you.

• I retain the right to deny any project/commission requested.

• All projects will be handled as digital goods, therefore nothing physical will be shipped or sent.

• Using any of my designs for NFTs and/or AI generative training is expressly forbidden.

• I will not accept cryptocurrencies or other forms of payment.

• Payments will be fulfilled 100% upfront (exceptions for friends and experimental services). If I decide I can’t fulfill a client's commission, they will receive a full refund. If a client decides to cancel their commission after fulfilling their payment, they will be charged $30 (from the original price) to compensate me for my time.

• If a client decides to retract payment during any stage of the project without my prior knowledge and understanding, I will immediately cease operations, blacklist the client from working with me, share this information with mutuals, and rescind all rights the client had to the assets being made. I will regain complete ownership of the assets, using them as I see fit and file a complaint through the payment platform.

• The client must provide me with ample references and resources that pertain to their commission. A minimum of 2-5 references is necessary before I accept any commission. This can include color palettes, symbols & important iconography they want included, references from my previous work and/or other designers, links to specific fonts required, etc.

• If a client wants a specific font to be used, they must provide me with the link to where I can purchase it. The font’s price will then be added onto the commission’s total cost.

• Email or Twitter are my preferred means of communication by default and will be what I use to contact my clients.

• All of my work is made and intended to be static. Any animations are simple loops.

• I work in RGB by default to achieve bright colors. Canvas size start at 2000px with 600dpi.

• Once I receive payment, I will begin work on the client’s commission in the order I have recieved them, unless a deadline is needed to be met.

• Animated commissions can take between 1 to 6 months to complete. Please keep that in mind if you have a deadline. It is my responsibility to inform you of any occurence that may hinder the completion on time.

• Chibi and TTS Creature models can take 1-3 months to complete. Please keep that in mind if you have a deadline. It is my responsibility to inform you of any occurence that may hinder the completion on time.

• All project files will be compiled sent to the client through VGEN. Once shared with the client, it is their responsibility to save and store any project files.

• Digital commercial licensing covers the use of assets for streaming, social media, and other digital-based projects. This does not include the sale and distribution of the assets themselves. Physical commercial licensing is an optional addition which is required for clients who wish to use commissioned assets for physical or printed media, such as clothing designs, prints, posters, etc.

• Physical commercial fees will be an additional $100-$200 of the project’s total cost as well as being dependent on the full scope of the products being produced. This can and will be discussed further with the client before any agreement is made.

• If a previous client wishes to upgrade from the standard digital commercial license to a physical license in order to create physical media, said client may contact me via Email (MelonAestheticShop@gmail.com) or via VGEN to discuss the applicable fees.

• By default, I retain all rights and credit to any work I create as the designer. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to use finished pieces for social media, my portfolio and to promote my services.

• If the client requires a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for their project, they may request an NDA from me for an additional cost dependent on the scope of the overall project.

• The client is allowed to use the designs I create for their intended usage and their intended usage only; You are not allowed to claim my work as your own, nor are you allowed to resell my work.

﻿• Clients are required to credit me by username (Prickles), twitter handle (@PricklesCatcus) and/or VGEN URL (

 in any relevant place they’re able to when using, sharing or displaying the assets I’ve made publically. If the client has any issues with proper crediting, they may discuss and troubleshoot a solution with me.
