Any artwork, whether commissioned or pre-existing, including character designs, may not be utilized for AI purposes under any circumstances. 

This prohibition extends to minting, selling via cryptocurrency (NFT), or AI training/utilization. This includes commissions, fanart, originals, or any other form of art I've created

Any clients who engage in such activities, including tokenizing or using my art for AI, 

will face immediate banning from receiving any artwork from me again.

I have the right to deny any commission without providing reason.

You may commission me only to create items that you possess or have explicit rights or permission to use, excluding fan art of popular media or indie media that does not restrict profit over their intellectual property. 

You bear full responsibility for the content being depicted.

If you lack permission to commission a particular character or design, you will be solely responsible for addressing any potential legal issues that may arise.

Ensuring customer satisfaction is my utmost priority. If you find any issues with your commission, please notify me promptly while the work is in progress or before I commence.

I retain the right to reject commissions featuring excessive gore, nudity, or other content deemed inappropriate. Each request will be assessed individually.

Payment must be made in advance before any work commences.

This will provide an estimate of your total cost at the end. Price ranges from a minimum of $70 CAD to a maximum of $110 CAD.

This is a Skeb-inspired commission, which means 

I have full creative control of the illustration and it's contents.

The results can range from half-bodies to full-bodies.

Rates range from $70 to $110 CAD, depending on the level of detail and effort required. The higher the cost, the more detail/time taken on the commission!

A simple background / pattern will be included.

Once your request is submitted, the base price (70 CAD) will be subtracted from the actual total cost (aka minus 70 CAD on the final price). The price you select in the request is what you will only pay!

Cost is double the base price. This permits the use of the artwork for monetized purposes, such as on streams or platforms where revenue is generated through views.

Commercial rights can be purchased at any time and do not need to be included upfront. Failure to disclose commercial usage may result in being blacklisted from future commissions.

No work-in-progress updates will be shared.

Please provide clear visual references—text-only descriptions will not be accepted. References must be in full color.

For tax purposes, Canadian residents are subject to a 13% HST fee. This does not apply to non-Canadians residents.
