Upon any commission request, it is clear that clients have READ and AGREED with terms below

My commissions are for PERSONAL / NON-PROFIT uses only. 

I keep the right to decline / reject your commission 

Every work will be published on my social media with a watermark and lower quality, I may use it in future commission samples or my portfolio. You can request your commission to remain private. 

My work should only be used by the client

My style may vary just a little bit, that’s because my art is constantly evolving so there might be slight differences among my works. 

Commissions may vary in size, I mostly work with canvas around 1000x1000. This may vary according to the type of commission you ask. 

Complex or detailed characters will be charged extra. 

Work will begin once the full payment has been received, a sketch/draft will be sent for approval. 

Major changes can only be made in the sketch/draft stage. Two major changes will be allowed after the sketch stage, any extra major change will be an additional cost. 

: Include pose changes and outfit changes. 

: Hands or expressions changes, as adding small details, accessories or color changes

If you’re looking for artwork for a specific date, please ask within a 2-1 weeks in advance. If not, work will be delivered

Chibi Commissions are intended to be less complex, so if you are looking for something complex, you will be charged extra according to the drawing complexity. 

You will be notified when I start working on your commission and I will keep you paged on every stage. 

The high resolution finished commission will be sent via email

 MY WORKS TO BE USED, LISTED OR MINTED AS NFTs

 MY ART TO BE USED FOR IA TRAINING OR ANY SIMILAR MECHANISM

Change, modify, trace or use my works without my consent

Use my artwork to train any kind of IA or similar mechanism 

To sell printings of the piece or claim it as yours, copy it or use it to gain money

I reserve the right to use finished commissions in my portfolio/social media unless asked to keep a commission private

If the commissioner requests characters of IPs that do not belong to them, they are solely responsible for how the artwork is used. I am not responsible for DMCA claims due to the use of copyrighted characters.

Artwork may only be redistributed and used by myself and the client.

The refund amount will be negotiated with the client, depending on the piece’s completion 

There will be NO REFUNDS if it is a commission’s sale

Doodle and Surprise me commissions are NOT eligible for revision. Only minor fixings/changes:
