NekoVoid's Terms of Service

Upon requesting a commission, it is understood that clients have reviewed and agreed to the terms below. and I will not be responsible for client's misconceptions.

For the illustration will be in my art style. I can’t accept to copy another artist’s style.

- Major change can only be requested on sketch phase

- Minor change can be requested on finished artwork (ex. missing details)

- The completed project will be delivered to you either via email or Discord, depending on your request.

- Estimate work : 1-2 weeks depends on queue

- you may freely upload finished project on your social media with or without credit

- i can freely upload the artwork into my social media unless you paid for commercial or asked not to.

- you are prohibited to use my artwork for NFT or AI training

. I can’t accept to copy another artist’s style.

I'm open to most requests, but if you're considering an NSFW commission,

I'll send the first update once the sketch is complete, 

second update after finishing the line-art and adding flat colors, 

and a final update after completing the model art.

Once the line-art and flat colors are approved, additional revisions will incur an extra fee of $10-20 each, depending on their complexity. This does not include mistakes made by me.

By default, I do not send updates for model rigging, but you may ask for updates at any time.

I hold the original copyright and ownership, allowing me to showcase the work on social media and portfolios. Additionally, I may share the unfinished work and continue working on it during Twitch streams, unless otherwise requested by the client.

The use of my work for Artificial Intelligence or NFTs is strictly prohibited.

It is important for clients not to claim ownership of the work and to give appropriate credit to me as the artist using my Twitter username, vNekovoid.

- Estimate work : 3 - 10 days, depends on the concept

Character/Object reference, / angles / any other relevant files.

Usual Form

Character reference, or maybe sketch concept if you have one, or model sheet.

Pose, traits, multiple characters, add-ons, etc.

The completed project will be delivered to you either via email or Discord, depending on your request.

Estimate work : 5-10 days depends on queue

Process goes; Rough Sketch > Sketch > Final

Estimate work : 1-5 months depends on queue and concept

Separated PNG file, ( for example table and background )

Estimate work : 1-2 Weeks depends on queue

Process goes; Rough Sketch > Process 50% > Final

For particularly complex designs there will also be an additional charge.
