Policy - Non-commercial use

The following Terms of Services are for commissions services provided by the Artist, Myst-A.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing the Service. If you do not agree with all the Terms of Service, do not request the Service. By commissioning the Artist, you signify your agreement to be bound by the Terms of Service. 

Commissions are all digital goods; no physical item will be sent. 

Prices displayed on the website are base prices and may not represent the final price of the Commission.

Commissions for commercial purposes must be subject to negotiation of commercial rights. The extent and fees of these commercial rights must be defined and negotiated before Start of Work. Commercial use includes any income-generating activity such as goods sold for profits, streaming, promotional campaigns, etc.

For commercial use, please contact the Artist beforehand.

AI training, Machine learning, NFT purposes are strictly prohibited.

The Artist may share the artwork on their social media, personal website. If the Client wish to keep their commission private, please notify the Artist.

The Artist retain the right to refuse a commission for any other reason.

The Client must provide VISUAL references of the characters. Otherwise, the Commission will be considered as Design Work and priced accordingly. If the Client is interested in Design Work, please contact the Artist beforehand.

Client is required to communicate in a timely fashion. The Artist cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to communication delays on the Client's side. 

Full Payment is required before the Artist start working on the Commission. It must be made through VGen's built-in payment system.

Payment in instalments is available on request, provided it is discussed before Start of Work. In this case, the Client will receive their Commission once the full amount has been paid. 

Commission process includes three revisions steps. At the revision step, the Artist will provide an up-to-date overview of the work in progress.  The Client is then required to notify the Artist of any necessary changes. 

Number of revisions per step is up to 3. Further revision will result in an additional fee of 50€. Only minor changes are allowed on the completed artwork.

Any major alteration communicated late in the process will result in an additional charge of 80% of the base price. All revisions related to anatomy, expressions, hair, volumes and proportions are concerned by this clause. Late in the process is understood to mean verification after coloring, as well as after final delivery.

The Client is free to request an additional revision step.

Revisions due to the Artist’s negligence are free of charge.

Commission are processed on a first-pay first-done basis. In the event of a precise deadline communicated by the Client, the Commission may be given priority if necessary. 

A work deadline of two weeks or less will result in a surcharge of 50% of the total price.

The Client, will receive the commission as a hi-res png file. Default size of said file is 3508 x 2480px, 350dpi, RGB. Custom settings can be available upon request. 

Source files such as .psd and .clip will NOT be provided. 

Delivery will be made via email or a hosting service (google drive, dropbox, vgen).

use it as their wallpaper, icons, banner with due credits

 print it on any medium for they personal enjoyment (poster, t-shirt, mouse pads, etc).

No refunds are possible once the Artist starts working on the commission.

Full refund will be issued in the event that the Artist is unable to complete the work due to sudden unavailability or emergency.

Full refund will be made if the Client cancels their commission before Start of Work. In this case, the Client must contact the Artist as soon as possible.

By proceeding with the commission, the Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms.

Character reference sheets, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

 Please write below a short biography of your character(s) including name, age, personality... 

Please specify any information you feel is necessary - number of character, pose, expression, background, mood, important details, color palette, angle of view, direction of light, etc. As well as any design variations you would like to see in the case of characters from existing works. The more, the better !

Minimalist background (gradient, solid color or silhouette)

Hi-res .PNG file (Default size: A4, 350dpi)

Extra character: +100% of base price per character

Commercial use: 2X or 3X of total price, depending on intended use.

These are base prices. The final price may vary according to complexity, deadlines, etc. Please review my Terms of Service for further details.

Background color or gradient or no background

Hi-res .PNG file (default size: A4, 350dpi)

The file is sent via google drive or email.

Fully rendered illustration of a character

Simple Background (eg. sky, blurry background, gradient with shapes)

Commercial use: x1.5 to x3 of total price depending on intended use.
