Terms and Conditions

1. Payment is made through Vgen, and you will receive the .vrm file at the end of the model creation process.

2. Models are created according to a waiting list.

* You can modify the model (partially or entirely), but you must credit Mrcito.

* You can use the model for monetization (streaming, YouTube videos, TikTok, Instagram, merch, etc.).

* You can do everything allowed under the basic license, but you can resell the model this time, giving proper credit to Mrcito.

3. My usual time to create a model is 2 to 3 weeks. It may take less or more time depending on how busy I am when creating the model.

4. You have the opportunity to request two changes.

5. You must provide the idea of what you want (drawings, character references).

6. The model will progress as payments are made.

7. Previews of the model will be offered via direct message.

8. If the client allows, the progress will be streamed on my Twitch channel.

9. If the client decides not to continue with the model creation, the model will be delivered as far as it has been completed, and no corresponding payment will be refunded.

10. If at any point I cannot finish the model, the model will be delivered as far as it has been completed, and the payment will be partially or fully refunded.

11. A direct message with the terms and conditions will be sent to you when you make the purchase so that you are aware of them.

12. I cannot accept a commission if I feel unable to complete it or am not in a good place.

13. Always be respectful during the commission process.

14. If you wish to commission a model, please message me on Twitter, stating that you want to commission, mainly to avoid confusion.

15. If you want a WIP (work in progress) of the model, ask me, and I will send it to you, but do not spam.

16. The programs used are Vroid, Unity, and Photopea or Pixlr, and the model is prepared for use with VseeFace software, as I do not know if it performs the same in other software.

17. If I send you a message to resolve an issue, you have 24 hours to respond from when I send the message; if you ignore it or do not respond, I will take it as a "go ahead, proceed."

19. Respect above all. If at any time there is disrespect towards me, I will proceed to end our working relationship, deliver the model as far as it has been completed, and no refund will be made.

20. I can add accessories to the model if I am capable.

21. Give credit to Mrcito either by chat command or panel.

22. I do not know how to make a full-body armor or a full-body furry model.

23. The terms and conditions may change over time (this does not mean that if you make an order today, the terms of your commission will change if they change tomorrow. That is why when you make an order, I send you the terms that will affect your commission).
