I reserve the right to refuse your commission for any reason.

-Pokemon-not ADULT unless they're morphed like anthro related-

-Futa-price of commission may or may not increase-

-Fetishes-including scat, loli-adultery-, watersport, diaper, foot, etc-

-Rape if its part of a char. background but its still a sensitive topic for me...-

-gore- if its a part of a char. background

-Depending on the situation of the commission I don't mind adding my char. within free of charge by my choice! BUT if you included them, within the commission it'll be a small fee of course. But let it be known to you now, Most of my characters are paired in a relationship, and I have the right to deny your request of them; falling in love with your oc, dating, having adultive, or doing something out of the ordinary, or out of their regular personality. But if its friendly wise then by all means im ok with it.

up to 3 max; afterword's its a $10 charge per edit

Most art pieces are completed within a month-3 months tops; otherwise i will contact the buyer with updates!

-The commissioned piece you receive is for private and personal use only!

-You are allowed to post the piece to your gallery (or galleries) as long as credit and a link-back is given.

-You are allowed to print it out to hang, or make things for your own personal use.

Any art or character I create must always be credited back to me for public use.

If we can not agree on an idea after payment I will refund swiftly.

If i am in mid progress and buyer request to cancel; they will receive a partial refund along with the wip of what has been already started and will be blacklisted from my services for 6 months or more.

-A proper reference and at least 2 more pictures of said character(s).

-I also ask, please, if you are sending me an email, don't send me links. Send me an email with attachments of said character(s).

-If any pictures of NSFW, please tell me before hand @0@;;

-DO NOT SEND ME A WALL OF TEXT ABOUT YOUR CHARACTER(S)!

-NO 3D REFERENCE….Unless you have the color picker swatches on the corner of the picture.

Even if the design is okay having a reference of this type makes it hard to grab the correct color of your character and sometimes makes details hard to see.

-I would also appreciate it if you didn't bug me about said commission, or how long you have been waiting to get it.

-ONLY UP TO 2 CHARACTERS PER PIC PLEASE. My workload seems to take longer if more characters are included within the picture, and if you don't mind waiting sure but if you’re the type who’s abit anxious? please limit the character choosing to 2 please.

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

Pose, traits, multiple characters, add-ons, etc.

sai/clip file can be delivered upon request.

extra detailed char. designs/ideas +$10 (try to keep it as simple as possible!)

I will contact the buyer within the time frame; if there are any chances/ prior to completion please understand you might be charged extra as i can only complete what was agreed upon after final wip showing.
