Mizorine TOS for character design

- Please provide as much information as possible.

- I do not work with sensitive, provocative topics (such as NSFW) (gore only if you’re +18).

- If something is out of my comfort I'll decline the commission beforehand. Please respect that.

- If you have any questions not answered here, please feel free to give me a note.

- All projects are different so for an exact pricing, please always contact me.

- Complexity fee: A fee might be added due to character design, pose or background.

- Depending on where you find me (fb, insta, discord and so on) most likely we'll be in touch on that platform.

- I communicate only on one platform, so if we agree on one please only contact me there.

- I'll give you 2-3 sketches of your oc, so we can find the perfect pose. You can choose 1, you

- For headshots, bust-ups and doodles I’ll only send 1 sketch/ character /doodle.

- I’ll give you updates every 3-4 days.

- Updates you’ll get: (rough sketch) - clean sketch - flat colored piece - rendered piece

- Please respond in 1-2 days, otherwise, I will need more time to finish the piece. In this case, I won't

give refunds, you either get an unfinished piece or we delay the deadline.

- I'll give 1 revision for a larger change,

Examples of larger changes: arm pose change, leg changes, overall design change and so on.

- After the sketch was accepted I won't be accepting bigger changes. I’ll provide clean sketches so

- Minor changes are welcomed at any time.

- Payment 100% upfront. Above $200 we can work out a payment plan.

- Vgen commission can ONLY be paid through Vgen.

- Delivery and communication ONLY through Vgen.

- The deadline is usually 2 weeks after payment or what we agreed on beforehand.

- If there’s any problem with the finished piece, that might extend the deadline by 1-2 days.

- No refunds unless I fail to deliver the finished product.

- No refunds if you fail to respond to updates within 1-2 days and this causes some delays.

- The finished pieces are for personal usage, for commercial rights ask beforehand.

- Please feel free to credit me if you use the pieces on social media.

- If you sell an art piece you should stay within the original price you paid me. You should ask

for the same price or less. I do not keep my prices low to make YOU a profit.

- I do not work for NFT or AI training. You’re forbidden to use the finished commission for that.

- I may post WIP, updates and the finished piece on my social media.

- Please let me know in case you're not ok with that BEFOREHAND.

Mizorine ToS for Adoptables

- You will receive the files 24-48h after payment.

- No refund. Unless I fail to send the images.

- I'll send it through Vgen. (also email. in case you provide one)

- You will receive 2 png files. 1 with a white background and 1 with no background.

- After you receive it you can edit it to your heart's desire.

- You are forbidden to resell the art at a higher price.

- Only for personal use! Ask for commercial use (additional fee).

- If you need extra art of her please submit a separate commission!

- It's a skeb / surprise me commission so the communication will be minimal, I'll only send you the final product.

- I might approach if I have any questions.

- If there's any problem, or you need any help feel free to give me a note.

- I'm ok with small color changes at the end.

- I'll give you 5 revisions while sketch and flat color phase, after I start the render I won't change anything on the background. Minor changes and fixes are always welcome. If I make any mistake feel free to note me any time!

- The deadline is usually 2-4 weeks after payment or what we agreed on beforehand.

- If there’s any problem with the finished piece, that might extend the deadline by a few days.

- The finished pieces are for streaming commercial use only, if you need merch rights please ask for it! (Extra fee)
