Thank you for considering me for your commission! Please read my full TOS below before submitting a request.

Please be aware that I am still fairly new to taking commissions and commission acceptance will largely be based on how confident I feel in my ability to provide what you are requesting. If I deny your request, please don't take it personally or be put off trying again later, it will most likely just be because I don't feel like I can achieve your vision at the present state in time.

I work best with clear ideas and references to work off of. I have Aphantasia so if you come to me with a broad concept with minimal reference or input, it will probably not be a commission I will be able to confidently take on due to my inability to visualise things mentally.

All payments will be handled through VGen's payment system only.

Commissions must be paid for in full before I will begin working on them.

Please provide clear visual references of you character/s before making a request. I am unable to work on text descriptions alone.

Please have a clear idea of what you would like prior to requesting the commission. E.g: "I would like her to have an XD face with her arms in the air throwing confetti" is fine but something like "I just want her to look cute" is too vague and I probably will not be able to work with that.

I will provide an initial draft sketch for your approval before I work to complete the commission, I will take a maximum of 3 free corrections at this stage if you would like something changed. Any further corrections may be charged for depending on the extent of the change.

I will not make any changes to the composition of a finished commission so please consider this carefully when approving the draft sketch.

Unless a set deadline for delivery has been previously discussed and agreed upon, please allow up to 1 month for the commission to be completed. There are times I may be unable to work due to my chronic health conditions, I will however always try to complete commissions ASAP whenever physically possible. The 1 month time scale is basically just a safety net for me to not be rushed for a deadline if I've lost a week due to ill health but I will always do my best to deliver earlier where possible.

You must credit me as the artist when sharing the commissioned piece.

Unless it has been previously discussed and agreed upon, ALL commissions are for personal use only. 

You are free to share/use the artwork for any personal use on your social media channels, streams, youtube videos etc but you must credit me as the artist. 

You MUST NOT use the provided artwork for commercial purposes, e.g reproducing the artwork for printing on t-shirts, keychains, stickers or any other physical merchandise, INCLUDING Print on Demand services. If you want to use your commission to make physical products of any form, it must be discussed, agreed on and paid for in advance. 

Under no circumstances is art produced by me to be used for any NFT, Crypto or AI purposes.

I hold all copyright to any artwork I produce.

I will upload completed commissions on my social media as part of my portfolio.

As the artist I will retain original copyright and ownership of the commission. I am within my rights to display the Work on my websites, social media and portfolios as I see fit unless NDA terms have been discussed and paid for in advance. I retain the right to repurpose any unused assets eg Rejected sketches for future projects, be it personal or otherwise. 

Commissions are non refundable once your draft sketch has been approved unless something has gone wrong from my end, for example if I am unable to complete the commission. Please be sure about your request before making and paying for it.

If you break my TOS I have the right to cancel your commission without refund

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

Pose, traits, multiple characters, add-ons, etc.

Megu Form

1 (one) mini Chibi of your character of choice.

Design details and accessories will be simplified/removed to facilitate the tiny, minimal vibe.

Commercial rights will be charged as an extra 50% of the base cost, Commercial use is for use on streams, emotes, stickers etc and physical Merchandise.

1 (one) wiggly chibi gif of your character of choice. You can ask for a different coloured outline if you'd like but chibi's will NOT be coloured in. It will be delivered as per the examples only.
