Commission Policy 

Thank you so much for being interested in commissioning me! Before submitting your commission request, please take a look and agree to the following Terms of Service.

Please provide clear and detailed visual references (minimum of 3) ensure your goals and ideas are communicated clearly. Any rude or ill behaviours from our clients will not be tolerated. I have the right to decline any commission if I am not comfortable or confident in fulfilling it. 

Payments must be made in full before the work begins. 

During the concept phase, all revisions are free, When the concept has moved onto the colour phase only colour revisions are free. Once the illustration has moved to polishing/rigging any revisions to the illustration will incur additional fees.

If the item has a deadline or preferred delivery date, please inform me of such and I will inform you if I can meet the proposed deadline. 

All Live2D models and streaming assets (emotes, etc) can be used commercially. Please check with me about the commercial fee that comes along with illustrations

My work in no way can be made into an NFT (non fungible token) or any future blockchain investments. Or for use in conjunction with AI generative programs, for learning, refinement or adjustments.

I hold the right to the finished commission, not the client. This means I am allowed to use the commission in my portfolio and for promotional purposes. 

The client will be able to use the commission for personal use only for illustrations unless discussed otherwise, and commercially for Live2D models and streaming assets. 

The client will not be able to take credit for the creation of the commission, remove any watermark/signatures from illustrations, or alter/edit or re-sell the commission without permission.

For commissions that have been started or is passed sketch phase, only a 50% refund will be offered.

Any commissions that have been completed or is near completion will not be given a refund.

Sudden cancellation or change of mind is also not an excusable reason for a refund.

Please make sure you are financially ok and committed before commissioning me.

Forcibly initiating a dispute will result in being blacklisted. By initiating a dispute, I have the right to alter the original commission and sell it to other clients to make up for the cost, effort, and time spent.

Once work as commenced, I will discuss what days work best to send regular updates regarding the status of the work. There is an aim to send weekly updates wherever possible on large projects, however sometimes there may be more time between updates. 

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links. Please send as many references as you can!

Pose, traits, multiple characters, add-ons, etc.

Complex toggles such as: hair, weaponry, and highly detailed designs may incur extra fees. 

I will send you regular updates for review during the sketch phase and the colour pass. If any major changes are needed please tell me when I send the sketch, as during the colour pass only colour adjustments and small changes can be made. Any major revisions after the design has been finalized may incur revision fees.

I will not copy character designs. (eg: pallet swap, trace another artist's or Vtuber work/model)
