General Terms of Service

I reserve the right to refuse service at my discretion at any point.

This commission is not intended to be for designing a character concept.

Subjects can include original designs, whether it’s a personal OC or an avatar used for streaming.

Be open and honest in regards to what the intended purpose of the commission will be used for.

Please consider my art style when commissioning me. Do not request for me to draw in another artist’s style rather than my own.

You will pay a portion of the cost up front, approximately half of the commission’s cost.

You will pay the remainder once you have received a preliminary sketch and have confirmed you would like to proceed with the commission.

After you have received the finished version of your commission, edits or changes may incur additional fees that will need to be paid before you receive the final version of your commission.

If you decide to cancel the commission during the sketching phase, you will receive the sketch as it is, and the commission will be terminated at that point. You will not be charged any further.

Be prepared to provide ample visual references

 so I can have a clear idea of the subject character. These can range from concept art and sketches you own to images and photos taken from google to clarify certain details, such as specifying eye color or a hair style. Supplementary clarification through text is also welcome, especially in describing a character’s personality, which can help breathe their personality into the piece.

Make sure you are satisfied with the direction of the piece, as major changes will not be accepted once you have approved the existing sketch. Once you have confirmed you are happy with the direction, you will pay the remaining cost of the commission and the project will move to the finalization stage.

Please be aware that if you request repeated or multiple changes or very complex changes, you may incur an additional fee due to the amount of additional work. As always, try to be as clear as possible about what you want.

Please be honest and respectful. Remember to credit me for my work. You may 

hide or take the credit for a commission I have created for you. Please clearly indicate it was a commission drawn for you by Match. Providing links to my social media accounts is acceptable.

. Commercial use is not permitted. Promotion through streaming and merchandise is not permitted. You may not resell your commission. You may not use your commission for personal profit. Permission for using your commission in promotional content or streaming is open to discussion and may be granted for an additional fee.

Editing and modifying the commission is prohibited. 

consent to my artwork being used to train AI tools or reproduce images using AI generators such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL-E etc.

use your commission for blockchain related technology.

If you have any questions, please ask. Things will not always be black and white, and I am open to discussing options.

Painted Terms of Service

You will pay the remainder once you have received and approved the colored sketch before the painting process starts.

After you have received the finished version of your commission, edits or changes are challenging and will incur a fee of $10 per edit, varying by complexity.

Make sure you are satisfied with the direction of the piece, as major changes will not be possible once you have approved the existing sketch. Once you have confirmed you are happy with the direction, you will pay the remaining cost of the commission and the project will move to the finalization stage.

of your piece. At this point, further requests to edit or change the piece will incur a fee starting at $10 per individual change, each edit varying based on complexity. As always, try to be as clear as possible about what you want during the sketching phase.

Animated Sticer Terms of Service

This commission is explicitly to insert your designed character in the previewed animation. Major factors such as pose are not customizable. Minor changes such as character facial expression can be requested.

Due to the nature of this commission as an animated piece, requests for changes or edits made after the animation has been finalized may be restricted or even impossible. If a change is possible but challenging or time-consuming, it may incur an additional fee.

All payments upon completion are nonrefundable.

You will pay the remainder once you have received a preliminary draft and have confirmed you would like to proceed with the commission.

If you decide to cancel during the drafting phase, your commission will be immediately terminated and you will not be charged any further.

 so I can have a clear idea of the subject character. I need a clear example of the characters face, and additional images or information to give me an idea of their personality is very welcome.

Doodle Terms of Service

This commission is not intended to be for designing a character concept. The character requested must be already designed, and references must be provided.

Please consider the commission style when commissioning me. You can specify key details you would like to be present, but the overall art style cannot be changed.

Once a commission is completed, all payments are nonrefundable.

This commission will be a simple doodle. It starts with a sketch which is then painted on a single layer.

Please be honest and respectful when using a commission. Do not hide or take credit for a commission I have created for you.

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

Pose, traits, multiple characters, add-ons, etc.

Fully colored frame-by-frame animation of a custom character sleeping under a blanket.

Animated GIF with a green-screen background (green by default unless green is already present; can request specific color)

If you need something specific for your streaming purposes, such as a specific background color, just let me know.

Use this cozy animation to tell your stream chat you're taking a nap, ending the stream or simply use it as a sticker to say goodnight in your DMs.

Add-ons likely incur a fee, estimated around $5.

This commission may be used for streaming purposes, but is otherwise restricted to personal use. You may 

modify the animation or use it for direct profit.
