Repost your fully paid commission with credit. Link to https://lykus.art/ or an appropriate social media account, please. 

Use the artwork or design for whatever personal use you like, as long as credit is given if it is displayed online or to the public. You may print the artwork for yourself, but never sell it to others without a prior contract.

Crop the drawing to use for an icon or backdrop (credit is appreciated, especially if the watermark is not visible).

Claim the right to the character I designed for you - but never the illustration itself.

Change any details of a design I created for you when drawing them, or commissioning art of them from someone else.

Attempt to remove or crop out my watermark.

Edit my artwork without permission (color changes, tracing, etc.)

Resell (especially for profit), monetize a design that I created for you, or sell merchandise / prints of my drawing, without my explicit permission. If you are looking for commercial artwork, then you must discuss a contract with me.

Take work-in-progress images to another artist to be finished.

Use my art in relation to NFTs or blockchains.

Train AI programs with my art, or run them through anything relating to Artificial Intelligence.

I have the right to refuse any order for any reason.

I may stream your commission on my Twitch. If you do not want this, please let me know beforehand. There is a possibility this will incur a privacy fee if I am unable to post or show my progress at all.

Art takes time. I work at the fastest pace that I can, and I may work on more than one commission at a time. More complex pieces will take longer. I will notify you if anything in life keeps me from working on your order. If you did not pay a deadline fee, then there is no guaranteed date that you will be receiving your piece. I can give you an estimate, but it is not promised.

Finally and most importantly, that all of your needs are taken care of first!

Full refunds are only given if I haven't begun work on the commission, or I, personally, have to cancel on you. I have the right to cancel at any time.

If you cancel or refuse to pay further after I have started drawing, all access to the art I made for you is revoked - you have no right to bring any unfinished drawings to another artist, or complete them yourself. 

If you cancel during the sketch phase, you will be charged the price of the sketch only, and the rest will be refunded. If you cancel past that stage being completed (after I review it with you and make corrections), then you will not be reimbursed at all.

I will confer with you for corrections and feedback after the sketch and color phase, and once more for small adjustments when the piece is finished.

I may charge 25% of the price or more if you ask me to make significant changes beyond the sketch / color phase. So, please, make sure everything is drawn as you like before I put in a lot of work to polish it! You'll be given notice if a correction will incur a fee before I go ahead with it. It is at my sole discretion if a revision requires a fee.

By commissioning me, you are purchasing my labor and a digital copy of my artwork, and the rights to the character design if I am creating it for you. 

I retain all the rights to the actual artwork itself, which include but are not limited to: the right to use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion, making a profit, streaming the process live, posting to my social media, etc., unless contracted otherwise. 

I will never lay claim to your character(s), and will make it clear it is a commission, as well as tag you in social media posts if you provide a username.

Base prices are subject to change depending on the complexity and amount of extra options you ask for.

Elements that require a quote to be added to the illustration include, but are not limited to: Backgrounds, Full-set / Embellished Armor, Mecha / Warforged, Metallic Designs, Wings, Weapon Design, Spell Effects, Many / Large Accessories, etc.

For a fee of 50%, I will draw a character based upon a written description, with little to no visual reference provided. You may ask me to use my artistic liberty, or work with you closely to decide upon details, possible outfits, colors, etc. If you don't have a pre-drawn character sheet and wish to avoid this fee, please provide at least 3+ reference pictures alongside your description.

NSFW art involving sexualized nudity will incur a $50 flat fee. Ask, and I will let you know if I'm comfortable with the subject or not. Judgment free! Please understand if I decline to draw your desired subject.

If you require a deadline, you must inform me before I begin work, and pay a fee of 75% of the full price. If I cannot meet it, I simply will not accept the commission. By paying this fee, you will be moved to the top of the queue, and your commission will be started immediately upon payment (so long as there is not a commission with a deadline due before yours).

If you require me not to post my progress or finished products on social media for some time, including me not streaming the process - it will incur a 50% privacy fee. I will also need to know the date (if ever) that I can share my work.

Negatory answers may incur a privacy fee (+50% of price)
