By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms of service.

I reserve the right to decline service to anyone, for any reason.

By commissioning Artist, Client agrees that Work will be in the respective artist's styles such as, proportions, colours, and any other artistic choices. Artist can refuse any related revision requests.

Invoices, proposal or payment link will be sent to the Client when Artist is ready to begin work. Clients must not send money before these requests for payment from the Artist.

I do not authorize my work to be used for AI learning.

I retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. I have the right to post it or use it in my portfolio.

Additional characters will be subject to 50% increase of the base price 

I will choose what I want to work on first based on personal interest (not a first-come, first-served basis)

) of the total price. The non-commercial work will be for personal use only. Do not profit off of it nor use it commercially.

Credit must be given if you chose to upload your artwork.

Clients are not allowed to claim credit for creating the artwork. 

Clients are not permitted to reproduce, modify, or trace the artwork without explicit permission from the artist.

I reserve the right to cancel at any time. Inappropriate behaviours can result in denial of all services, for present or future commissions.

Payments are required to be completed upfront. Split payments are not available.

Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests.

Refund Policy: No refunds or chargebacks.

Please send me as many references as possible !

You can refer to one of my precious work as an example of the kind of illustration you want. If you don't the art might be in my current artstyle.  

Additional Fees might be added for characters that has : Detailed armors, complicated equipment designs (weapons, etc.), and extremely patterned outfit.

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

Pose, traits, multiple characters, add-ons, etc.

This is a skeb like commission so there will be no communication after the payment.
