Non-refundable because it is considered that you have read and acknowledged the agreement after payment. Full-Payment only, Not accept deposit. Customer queues will be organised based on the order of payment. 

My commission service might take 2 - 4 weeks to complete as requested. Please send me as many references and details as you can at one time. I will update to you once my sketch is complete. You may ask for a minor fix to the sketch up to 3 times only. After that, I will proceed to colouring. No fixing after the sketch has been approved

I reserve the right to post commission work publicly on my social media with a large watermark. You may also post it on your social media provided you give the proper credits back to my Twitter account. 

I will send you the full image via email. 

Do not use my art for AI training or AI Generate. I do not recommend using AI-generated as a reference.	

If customer's character design is highly detailed (overall design, clothing, accessories, wings, etc.), I will consider simplifying the details to fit my style.

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.
