Terms of Service

- I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any or no reason.

- Characters that have “abnormal” anatomy such as wings, extra arms, tails, etc. may be subject to additional fees based on complexity.

- I communicate primarily through Twitter so please be sure that you are checking your messages.

- Once the commission is complete I will upload it to one of my art accounts, unless otherwise requested.

- After the artwork is completed it becomes your responsibility. Should you lose it, don't expect me to have it six months down the road.

- When commissioning me, you are commissioning me for a piece of work done in my style(s). I will not change my style(s) or attempt to imitate the style of anyone else for you. If you would like a commission in that person’s style go get one from them.

- If you have multiple references please choose your best one and give it to me, or place them all on a single sheet. There is nothing I hate more than having to search through a bunch of links and messing things up because they’re not clear.

- Ambiguous references are any references that might not be completely clear. Generally this is often “unfinished/sketched/outdated” references. It is the responsibility of the commissioner to clarify any important features that can be misinterpreted via a response to a note sent out to the commissioner. I will not be held responsible for any mistakes made due to unclear referencing, so please plan accordingly. 

- I will not work from IMVU/Second Life/3D modelled references unless the reference is exactly, 100% how the character is depicted in the reference and a swatch of colours is given with the reference. Please plan accordingly and either have a visual reference for me.

- Should for any reason I not be able to complete your commission, I will cancel the request and refund your money minus the money for the work done up to the point of refund.

 of my work being used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency or future inventions in the space.

 of my work being used to train AI technology.

- If you post the commission I have done for you online please only post the “Glazed” version to avoid AI from being able to use it. I will provide you with this version as well as the unglazed version.

 revisions when commissioning me. Please be as specific as possible when explaining what you want changing. Any more revisions will be charged at an additional 5% of the overall commission cost.

- Please do not harass me about when your commission will be done. By harassing me I mean asking me everyday/every other day about your commission. Anyone who harasses me about it will get their money refunded up to the point of work that I have completed and I will be hesitant to work with them again.

- I will not do commissions under a strict time limit unless prearranged, Do not harass me into finishing your commission when you want. Feel free to contact me for a wip at least 2-3 weeks after I receive payment.

If you have not heard anything/seen any progress on your commission for 4 weeks, please feel free to contact me,  I’ll be happy to give you an update.

- I reserve the right to upload your commission to any of my media accounts. If you do not want your commission posted anywhere there will be an 10% privacy fee to help make up for lost traffic to my pages.

- You may repost the image to your page only if you are the commissioner/person(s) involved in the piece and if you give me credit in the description.

- Your artwork is for personal use only. You are not allowed to sell, claim as your own, etc. once I give it to you. You may own the character and the piece, but I retain the copyright to the image.

- You may not edit the image in any way save for resizing, cropping or avatar/graphic making. This means that you may not colour, recolour, redraw or otherwise edit the piece.

You may cancel a commission at any stage, but a partial refund will be given to compensate for my time and work. So please plan accordingly.

A full refund may be given only if I have not started on your commission.

During the business week, please allow 24-48 hours for all responses.

Most animals, dragons, anthro, feral, blood, gore and humans. Feel free to ask me if you’re unsure.

I will draw some closed species but please show me your character beforehand.

Realistic drawings - Characters without a clear reference sheet UNLESS I am making you a reference sheet or you are giving me a detailed description. - Some fetishes, please consult me for more information if you want a fetish themed commission!

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

The price of your commission will depend on how much of your character is in the scene. Please refer to my other services to get an idea of how much a shaded drawing would be. Don't be afraid to contact me about a quote!
