In the "Scene Transitions" dock, click the dropdown menu or the "+" icon.

Video File: Browse and select the.WebM file from this folder.

Click "Preview Transition" to test. If the scene changes too early or too late, adjust the Transition Point number.

The Transition Point is the exact moment the animation fully covers the screen. For this specific file, the screen is fully covered at frame which is: 2000ms

You are free to use this for monetized streaming (Twitch, YouTube, Etc).
