• By requesting a commission, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms.

• Carefully read through these conditions in their entirety. 

• If you are unwilling to comply with my Terms of Service or find them unsatisfactory, please refrain from commissioning me.

• Usage of my artwork for AI purposes or similar applications is strictly prohibited. Uploading my art to any AI platforms could compromise the integrity of my work.

• Feel free to reach out to me if you have any inquiries!

• To commence the commission, a 100% upfront payment is required. Unless otherwise discussed, no exceptions will be made.

• Neither the Client nor I have any intention of physically shipping any items.

• Before proceeding with the coloring process, I will present the sketch for your approval. Once the sketch is approved, no further changes will be allowed.

• The final drawing will be delivered to you as a PNG file, either via a sta.sh link or your provided email.

• It may take up to 2 weeks for me to commence work on your order, with an additional 2 weeks allocated for the completion of the project.

• The Artwork can be utilized for personal use, encompassing various applications such as avatars, wallpapers for phones or computers, and displaying on personal websites or profiles.

• You have the  right to produce physical copies or prints of the Artwork exclusively for personal purposes, ensuring they are not intended for sale or commercial distribution.

 • I maintain complete ownership of the copyright for my work, granting me the authority to distribute, replicate, or employ the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion, unless otherwise specified. If the commission is intended for public display, I possess the liberty to utilize the art as I see fit, such as sharing it on various platforms like Instagram, while ensuring proper acknowledgement is given to you as the owner of the character's design.

• For commissioned pieces, I do not assert any rights over the character design, unless it was originally created by me. Hence, I will refrain from reusing or selling the artwork for personal or commercial ventures, unless explicitly agreed upon.

• In the case of adoptable designs, once the ownership is transferred to you, the Client, I will not engage in any further reuse or resale of the design's rights.

• Once the sketching process has begun, refunds will not be available.

• A full refund of the payment can only be provided if I have not commenced work on the initial sketch.

• All messages and comments must be communicated in either English or Spanish.

• Please ensure that your order is expressed succinctly, avoiding excessive abbreviations to maintain clarity.

• In the event that your character entails intricate details, I reserve the right to levy an additional fee to accommodate these specifications.

Harukagi rigging

• It may take up to 2 weeks for me to commence work on your order, with an additional 4 weeks allocated for the completion of the project.

• The Live2d model can be utilized for commercial use.

 • I maintain complete ownership of the copyright for my work, granting me the authority to distribute, replicate, or employ the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion, unless otherwise specified. If the commission is intended for public display,

• A full refund of the payment can only be provided if I have not commenced work on the art.

Form

The artwork will be delivered in high-resolution .PNG format.
