I reserve all rights to my artwork and may use the final commission piece and related process work in my portfolio, social media sites, websites, and other electronic and print publications. I do not condone the use of my art for the selling of NFTs or for the use of AI training/databases

Full payments must be made prior to the start of work. In the event that payment is made in installments ownership of the commission will only pass from me (the artist) to the client on receipt of payment in full.

The finished product in high resolution will be sent at the very end mostly via VGen, weTransfer or E-Mail. 

Big revisions will only be accepted at the sketching phase. I will keep you updated with as many WIPs as possible! But once the coloring process starts i won’t make any big changes.

Displayed commission prices are subject to change!

The payment will be refunded only if the commission is is still in the Sketch/Lineart stage. If I made big mistakes or you still are unsatisfied we will discuss a partial refund according to the time I already put into the commission. 

- I will send you a proposal with a price. Please note that if you request something out of the scope of the listed commissions I will adjust the price accordingly. For example if your commission has a complex pose, a complex design or if you want a detailed background. 

- you have to accept the proposal within 3 business days or otherwise I will cancel it. 

- After I reviewed and received the payment I will send you a concept/sketch. If you have any information I missed or other changes this is the last opportunity to revision. 

- I will then make the lineart and coloring according to the order of commissions they came in. Note that if you are the last slot in the current batch it can take longer because I work them in order. 

- if you realise I made some mistakes along the way as I will send you wips please let me know. I will try my best to fix them. 

I will not add anything that isn’t communicated from the start! 

I have the right to refuse any commission request, without needing to explain the reason.

I will decline commissions that don’t have a clear description or references, please make sure to include as muss information as possible, because after the sketch phase there won’t be any changes or revisions. If you don’t include those I will treat them as Skeb style commissions and you are giving me complete artistic freedom to choose a pose and a concept. there will be no revisions then. 

I have the right to stop work on a commission, or cancel a commission request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, an inability to effectively communicate in the English language, or a breach of these Terms of Service.

The deadline has to ne communicated in the commission request otherwise the average turnover for commissions is one to three month per client, if the client needs the commission on a very short deadline they can pay a rushing fee to start working on it immediately and exclusively.

If the client would like to keep WIPs confidential they have to state it in their commission request.

I will update you for most major points in the art process (sketch, lineart, coloring); WIPs can be requested at any time by the client as well

I may take up to 2-3 business days to respond depending on my workload or other circumstances so please be patient!

I usually do not work on commissions on the weekends and as such WIPs are unlikely to be sent during this period, so please be advised

 illustrations that the client can use to show off in their profiles (on sites that won't produce any income, ie Twitter, Toyhou.se, Facebook, various sites for archiving purposes etc) The client has the right to use it as their computer/smartphone background, or print it for their own personal enjoyment.

illustrations that the client wishes to use on sites that generate an income (Youtube, Twitch, Bilibili, etc) they wish to use to promote their own work or use it for merchandise. Price and extra fees will vary.

 The client has to, under any circumstance, display my online handle in the credits/bio of the social media account for any illustration used.

 If the client is unsatisfied with the commission for an appropriate reason, they must contact the Artist within seven (7) days of receiving the final commission. Disliking the commission or change of mind are not considered for a refund.

I will have the right to use the final product as samples for future commission info as well as portafolio. I can post it on my social media (in case the you don’t want me to show the commission please tell me)

You are not allowed to trace, edit, copy or claim the final commission as yours (as you making it)

DO NOT USE MY ART OR DESIGNS ON AI (on any subject or matter. Ex: teaching AI with my art) or use it for NFTS 

Depending on the character’s complexity an additional price will be added

Full upfront payment has to be done for me to start the commission. Once you've sent the payment and I've confirmed said one I will add you to my "to do" list (please check my trello) and start working on your commission asap.

If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.

Process will be sent if wanted. In case you don’t want to see the process please tell me in advance

Once the sketch has been approved by the client I will not change the composition of the whole commission. If the client desires to change the composition of the commission once they've approved the first one there will be an extra charge

Depending on my waiting/process list the turn round may vary between 1 week to 2 month (maybe Please check my trello. 

The final product will be delivered via  VGen  or Email

The final product will be delivered as “.png” for better quality. If client desires another image format they have to tell me in advance
