YCH Policy

⚠️This is the policy for YCH comissions, please be sure to read the following terms carefully.

Once your request is accepted, you fully agree to the following terms.

 ▶ Payment must be paid in full. Once full payment is made, then I will start work on your request. 

 ▶  If for any reason I am unable to complete your request for any emergency, I will communicate this to the client and a refund will be made in full. Client is not allowed to cancel or demand refunds under any circumstances.

▶  Do NOT use my work for NFT or AI. You will be blacklisted. 

▶ Do not edit my work and claim it as yours. You will be blacklisted.

▶ Any complicated aspects or details of design may be simplified or omitted for the sake of simplicity. 

▶ I may stream or share the creation process of commission via social media / Twitch unless expressly stated otherwise.

▶ 1 major revision is allowed before a fee is charged per revision request. ($5)

▶ Commercial use for Twitch / Discord / Youtube / as an asset is allowed.

▶ Credit my work when it is used via mention, watermark, or a link back to my Vgen / Twitter page. 

▶ YCH commissions generally take up to 1 to 2 weeks upon payment. If delayed for any reason, I will personally contact you as soon as I possibly can.

Commissions may be slow-going. Please keep in mind I am a full-time working adult. All requests are done in my free time, as I do commissions as a hobby. Thank you for understanding. 

▶ If deadline needs to be rushed, an up-charge will be incurred.

▶ During the process, all WIP works shall be watermarked.

▶  Provide any and all visual reference materials upfront during the negotiation process. I have the right to reject a commission if I believe the subject referenced is beyond my scope of abilities.

▶  During the creation process, watermarks shall be on provided works in progress

Model Art / Rigging TOS

⚠️This is the policy for model art / rigging, please be sure to read the following terms carefully.

‼️ ∥ PRICES MAY CHANGE DEPENDING ON COMPLEXITY & ADDITIONAL ADD-ONS

▶ I have the right to reject any commission if it does not comply with the terms of service or I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

is preferred ,but half-upfront can be arranged. No work will begin until 

 use my work for NFTs or AI. You will be blacklisted. 

▶ I may record or stream the creation process and post progress on social media (IE Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc. ) for promotional purposes. Unless a non-disclosure agreement has been made in private.

▶ I retain all rights to post my work on my social media and feature my work on my physical / digital portfolio.

 After sketching / planning phase, revisions are strictly prohibited

. If further edits are required, appropriate fees will apply. 

Full furry designs (IE fully animal-like designs. Flat-face features / anthropomorphic ok.) 

 Commissions are slow-going. Please keep in mind I am a full-time working adult. All requests are done in my free time, as doing commissions are a hobby.  Model art & rigging especially will take time. Please do not contact me for updates unless it has been up to 4 weeks without any communication. Thank you for understanding! 

▶ Estimated times of workflow varies depending on concurrent projects, complexity of the model, and outlying personal factors. These will be discussed on a case by case basis. Expedited deadlines will result in additional fees.

▶ Vtuber model art and rigging may take up 4-6 months to complete depending on the complexity of the model. Please remain patient.

For my vtuber kiddos, I ask that you please credit me somewhere on your social media.

I, Figment (the artist), claim the rights to the produced work, not the client. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

• Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)

• Use the commissioned piece for personal use. (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, use it for streaming, forums, etc.)

• Use the artwork to promote themselves. You must credit in your bios and posts showcasing your commissioned work with a link to my Twitter (@Figmentations).

• Use the artwork on their YouTube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.

▶ The following is considered copyright infringement:

• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - (any activity in which you use the product or service for financial gain. Ergo Merchandise, Books, Advertisements , Apps, Etc.)

• Altering the artwork without my consent.

•Attempting to resell the model without my consent.

I reserve the full rights to the model and its use/distribution.

▶ Request must be paid in full or %50 of payment put down before work begins on commission. 

Before you commission me for a model, be sure to have the available funds to do so.
