Terms and Conditions

For Indie and personal commission(artwork).

By Commissioning Ex-trident(Artist), you(client) agree to these terms:

1.1 Artist have the right to print and/or post the client’s final artwork online for publicity, commission samples and work portfolio.

1.2 Client is not allowed to resell the final artwork online, to third parties and/or make prints and merchandise for sale.

1.3 Artist may ask the client permissions to print the final artwork for sale or sell the final artwork on digital marketplace such as gumroad or patreon. The Client has the right to refuse.

2.1 For MONOTONE HEADSHOT, HEADSHOT, BUST UP B&W and BUST UP, EXPERIMENTAL PACKAGE, Artist will not work on the commission until payment has been received.

2.2 For THIGHS UP, FULLBODY, NOMNOMCOMM, CUSTOM WEAR FULLBODY, Artist will not work on the commission beyond the rough sketch phase until payment has been received. Rough sketch phase artwork consists of rough lines, and/or solid base colors.

2.3 For KEYART ILLUSTRATION and CUSTOM COMMISSION, Client is allowed to pick between sending an immediate full payment or 60% down payment. If Client choose down payment, Artist will work on the commission until 60% completion. Artist will then send the commission’s work in progress image and the rest 40% invoice payment to the Client. Artist will not work on the commission until all requested payments has been received.

2.4 Commission will be cancelled if payment is not received after the artist agree to work on your commission within 5 business days.

2.5 Client is not allowed for a refund once the Artist has started working on the commission. This includes all down payments.

2.6 Client has the right for a refund if the Artist does not finish within the deadline that is both established by the artist and agreed by the Client.

2.7 Artist has the right to cancel at any time if the artist is incapable to finish the artwork due to external reasons and Client will get a refund.

3.1 Artist has the right to stream the commission progress on streaming platforms including, but not limited to, twitch.tv and youtube.

3.2 Artist has the right to post any work in progress images and/or clips on social media platforms such as, but not limited to, twitter.com, facebook.com and in art community channels in a VoIP Application such as Discord.

3.3 Client has the right to request the Artist to not disclose any or all subjects related to the artwork including the artwork itself that the Artist is working on at any time. If Artist agrees, Artist will not be held responsible for any images, clips and/or publicity via stream of the artwork and everything related to the artwork that are disclosed before the request.

3.4 If the commission is defined as confidential, the commission agreement must also specify when public display is permitted.  

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

Pose, traits, multiple characters, add-ons, etc.

Comm Order

Emphasis on scene and composition. Character(s) can be thighs up/fullbody/bust up depending on the composition. Comes with 1 character and fully painted Background. The Highest Quality Commission.
