You are only purchasing the commissioned digital file, Not printed art.

I do Oc's. Real People, Gore, and Suggestive. I don't do Mecha, Political Art, or NSFW.

I may post finished commissions on my twitter, but always with proper credit to you! If you'd prefer I didn't do so, please let me know.

You may re-post an image from me with proper credit (@djcat_meow) and do not claim it as your art!

I reserve the rights of canceling/declining your order If I don't feel comfortable drawing it or don't think I can properly execute it.

I will receive full payment before starting the commission.

If your character is extremely detailed, I have the right to charge extra. This will be stated before you send the payment.

Major revisions are possible during the sketching process, but not once the piece is complete.

I will only make changes to the final piece if it was an error on my part (i.e. I missed a detail that you had provided in the order).

If it's a change you want and I did not have clear, concise information when you ordered the art, I will not make the changes unless additional fees are paid (exact amount to be determined, depending on the scale of the change). 

Once I'm finished, any great changes will come with an extra charge such as poses, outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change, or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely. 

The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow. I will not redraw commissions unless payment is sent for a second order.

If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.

I will try to finish your Commission as fast as I can, however, please be patient with me.

I will try to finish your commission between 1-2 weeks, but it may take longer depending on my schedule and the complexity of the piece.

I also need more time If I have any other commissions to do before yours. Feel free to ask if anybody is ahead of you.

Longest wait time is around 4 weeks. (In the worst case, which is not the usual, but it may happen.) 

I'll always inform you if something comes up and there is a delay with your art.

You are free to print out the commission or even make posters as long as it's for your PERSONAL use only and NOT for sale. If you want commercial rights that must be discussed beforehand as that will affect the price.

My work CANNOT be used for AI, NFT's, or anything block chain related. If you do use my art like this, you forfeit all rights to your liver. It's mine now.

I can refund 100% of the payment ONLY If I have not started working on the sketch.

I will only refund if you have a reasonable excuse.

Line Art: partial refund + Line Art is sent

I am not in charge of sending WIPs except for when the sketch is completed.

Rude/disrespectful/abusive commissioners will have their commission immediately canceled with a refund based on how much of the artwork was completed already.

I expect you to be polite and kind when you're ordering a Commission and I'll be sure to be polite and kind as well!

If you would like to see a WIP (work in progress) of your commission, please don't hesitate to ask.

There is no limit per order for extra WIPs. But please consider that it costs me extra time to pause work and wait for your feedback. so please don't ask for 100+ wips.

The sketch phase is your chance to tell me what you want to be changed: expressions, details, pose, etc. Please don't be shy if something really doesn't sit well with you. I do my best to capture the character's personality but sometimes I do make mistakes.

By commissioning me, it means you have read and accepted all the terms outlined above. 

You will agree to the policy of providing all image credits to me, Djcat_Meow

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

Pose, traits, multiple characters, add-ons, etc.

Collection Form

A loose, fully rendered and lined bust illustration.

Simple color or gradient background with texture.

Extra Character is an additional 1/2 of the base price.

Complex Background is an additional 1/2 of the base price.

that is why they are cheaper than a normal illustration. For this reason, I do not take edits or revisions, unless for a major error. (I.E Incorrectly colored eyes, missing accessory, etc.)
