Terms of Service

All artworks and designs that I have produced are still under my ownership as the designer and original artist unless all rights have been sold with a fee. I have all rights to share, show, and use the artwork for advertisement as well as my portfolio. Any use of my artwork for harassment, racism, homophobia, transphobia, or any such hurtful behavior means that I will take back the artwork, be able to sell or use said artwork and any rights would be retracted on the artwork.

Please send the full payment prior to any work done for the commission! 

If you are unhappy or if at any point I choose to refund the commission, I will refund the commission in full ONLY if the final transparent isn't sent. Once the full file is sent, there are no refunds.

All revisions must be requested before the final image is sent, 5-8 revisions are allowed during the process with WIP screenshots but any additional will get charged. 

I will try my best to comply with any deadlines requested, commissions will change depending on what kind of commission is requested. 

I will send a message if the commission is going to take me longer than planned and communicate clearly estimates on time. 

Once finished and upon agreement that the commission is finished and the client is satisfied, I will send the final full-resolution image to the email or social media private message first contacted through. 

- All personal use is fine, commercial rights must be purchased

- Do not resell any design or artwork, but trading and gifting are fine. 

-List me as the original artist and designer for any artwork or design

-Changes to my artwork or designs are fine

- All commercial rights and NDA for artwork/design will require a $150 fee

-If for any reason you would like a refund, please request a refund during the revision period before I send the final resolution!

- Please communicate with me through private messaging or email! I will communicate with all WIP screenshots, any emergencies that prevent me from doing the commissions, any updates on the commission, and respond to all requests and questions!

What's the ideal deadline for the custom design- Warning that while I will try my best to keep to the dead line, this may not happen. I will message if I cannot meet the deadline.

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

I will Provide WIP screenshots to approve the details of the design and wait for approval before continuing

1 Half Body Illustration of 1 Character (Reference Image Provided)

Full Resolution PNG file given upon completion of commission

Please be aware this is not for a custom design, a reference image with the design must be given for this option!

Please be aware that illustrations may take more time than designs!

Note: I require a description, references, and or even a quick diagram of what you would like for the illustration!

Please Provide references/Mood Board/Inspiration for the entire piece! Aesthetic label helps.

Flat Colored Thigh Up- Full body Add-On Available)

Please provide Character references, I will not be designing characters and require a reference of some kind for the main chaarcter depicted

NSFW- Only those 18+ can commission me for this option

I will only draw consensual acts between adults- that being said kinks are fine except for extreme gore, vore, scat, decapitation or amputation, extreme inflation, etc. Please just ask.
