🌸Please read my terms carefully, when you commission me I will assume you read and agree with my terms.

🌸I reserve the rights to upload the finished artwork to my social media with a watermark, this is for the purpose of advertising and for reference for future clients. If you want the commision to be private please let me know before starting the commission.

🌸I have the right to reject any orders I don’t feel comfortable with.

🌸Provide clear reference and specific instructions if any.

🌸I will need to see the psd file at the beginning to make sure everything is correct and ask for changes if needed.

🌸An extra fee will be charged if I need to make changes to the PSD like re-naming the layers, cut or spearate specific parts of the model.

🌸Prices may vary depending on the complexity or how detailed you want the piece to be.

. If I’m not able to complete your commission for any reason I will notify you and refund your money.

🌸I won't start working in your commission until the payment is completed.

🌸For Vtuber rigs I will need to see the psd file at the beginning to make sure everything is correct and ask for changes if not.

🌸You will receive WIPs during the whole process.

🌸You must not post this WIPs anywhere! You can repost or share my posts, but you must not upload any WIPs 

🌸The maximum period of time to deliver a commission is 2 months, please allow this time to receive your commission. If I have any problem that may extend this time I will let you now ASAP.

🌸I take commissions as first come first serve, if you want me to give higher priority to you commission you can pay an extra fee. Let me know if you want to add this.

🌸Once I finish your commission I will request your email to send you the model.

🌸You have 2 weeks to test your model, if you find any errors let me know so I can correct them. Past this 2 weeks any adjustment you want me to do will be charged.

🌸You can use this model for streaming/commercial use

🌸You CAN'T sell this model without telling me first.

🌸NO REFUNDS. Unless I have to cancel your commission for reasons over my head but this won't happen

🌸I will send you WIPs and be in contact with you through discord, your socials or email.

Art Terms of Service

🌸This commission is for PERSONAL use only.

🌸My drawing process is: sketch ▶ lineart ▶ color ▶ final details

🌸I will need you to provide a detailed description of the commission as well as clear references. Please be specific when asking.

🌸Once the sketch is accepted and the lineart is started there will be only a max of 3 changes can be done, after exceeding this limit each change will have an extra cost to add details that were not mentioned during the sketching phase.

🌸During the color stage you can ask for minor changes regarding the hue/color. Any other change not related to color will be charged extra.

🌸You will receive WIPs during the whole process, at least one during each phase of the process.

🌸You must not post this WIPs anywhere!

🌸The maximum period of time to deliver a commission is 1 month, please allow this time to receive your commission. If I have any problem that may extend this time I will let you now ASAP.

🌸Once I finish your commission I will request your email to send you the files.

🌸You are allowed to reupload, print, and use it for personal uses that doesn't bring income unless comercial use is paid

🌸This commission must not be reselled.

🌸Do not trace, steal or claim my work as your own.

🌸In case of reupload on social media please use the watermark version of the commission or credit in the description.

Sketch Terms of Service 

🌸 Sketch commissions don’t have any revision because of the simplicity

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

Please specify if you wish to add more expressions, arm poses or vbridger enhacements. If you don't want to add anything just write NONE

You will receive a Zip file with everything needed to add your model to vtubestudio

Live2d model to be used in tracking software like vtubestudio

Vbridger enhacement for better mouth tracking

I will need your rigger to provide the .psd ready to be rigged

YCH model, the base will be adapted to your character (hair, face features, lips, eyes, etc)

This model can be delivered before October 31st.

Fully rigged model of your character in this outfit 

Fully rigged halloween model using this base

Animal ears, tail, or other details can be added 

This is an YCH model, meaning its a reusable base

Extra character will be charged 100% of the price

You will get a rendered illustration of your character with a simple background 

Please provide a clear reference of your character, otherwise I might reject your commission 

The initial price is only a starting point, the price will change depending on the size and add ons if applicable
