Hello, welcome to my (Catsupy’s) commission sheet! Please take the time to read through everything before committing to a commission!

All instances of “me,” “Catsupy,” and “I” refer to the same person (the artist this document is created by)

“You,” “they,” and “the client” refers to the persons interested in commissioning the author (me) of this guide.

 I have the right to accept or reject your commissions. If in the event I am unable to provide any requested service (after payment is made), the client will be contacted and refunded. Refunds are not issued to clients who’ve received finalized/finished images, regardless of their means or future financial burden(s). Charge-backs and similar withdrawals of payment will result in an immediate legal appeal. Clients who I deem abusive, un-professional and/or fraudulent by any means will be fired and barred from future contact. Please don’t ask me to replicate another artist’s style! Commission me because you like what I do : )

Payment is due in-full before a commission is started! 

 Client is allowed one major change (i.e. character posing) after sketch has their initial approval, and three minor changes (facial expression, hand position, etc). After this limit has been reached, no further edits shall be accepted. If the client insists changes are to be made after the limit has been reached, they will be required to provide a secondary commission fee based on the edits they procure (i.e. secondary sketch fee after you’ve met the above quotas).This rule applies to all work provided by Catsupy, (such as commissions, giveaways, etc) If the client receives the latter (commissions and/or giveaways, etc,) they will need to provide the set commission fee you’re asking for in the event you meet the quotas above  If your commission contains a predetermined pose (determined by me, which is the case for YCH), you can still give me a basic idea of what you may want, and i’ll see what I can do, but in the end I have full-control of the pose’s outcome. 

Turn around is around a week, but each client will be updated with progress up until the artwork is finished.

Each commissioned work of art is to be used only by the paying client. If the client chooses to post their commission onto a web page, they must link back to my Twitter @Catsupy_Art and/or my Vgen account. Commissions should not be used by anyone else, at any time, unless given permission from myself. No commission should be mass-produced or sold for profit, unless the artwork was commissioned (with my knowledge) to be. All Non-disclosure pieces are copyrighted to the client upon payment, meaning they hold all rights to the work they commissioned, and can do with it as they please. No work, final or work in progress shall be edited by artificial means (AI) unless express permission is granted via signed contract (by me). Any person found to ignore this stipulation will be charged $200 and/or pursued in a court of law.

Characters with high amounts of details might be subject to extra fees (to be determined)

One digital (non-tangible) drawing in .PNG file format sent to your provided email. 

Price subject to change depending on detail, but feel free to negotiate!

A .PNG will be sent to your desired email and via Vgen! 

A digital (non-tangible) drawing featuring your favorite Pokemon or Pokemon-based OC! 

Watercolor-style, simple details, with the occasional change in detail (for example if the Pokemon you want has a different color palette or eye color) Small accessories like bows, ribbons, ties, etc, are alright!
