General Policy

WIP's of your commission will be sent to you as the process occurs so you know how things are turning out up until the lining process!  I plan to send you WIP updates as the piece proceeds so you can update me on if I need to adjust/fix anything!

Payments will be received before the piece is started to solidify your work w/ me but only once all commission details have been received and confirmed!

Any revisions the piece can only be done based on the established details of the piece! No add ons last minute or major changes to the composition!

Reality may occur and there may be a case where I may be slow; all extra time is much appreciated but otherwise will be based on the general commission info time! Burnout is a thing so if that occurs, I'll do my best to keep you updated!

Personal use is allowed but not commercial (Aka: Not for Merch) Streams are OK as long as you artist attribute me (Butters_Soulest!) and leave the proper credits!

Refunds are only provided in the situation that I can't complete the piece or you'd like to cancel the project. If any progress has already been made, depending on amount of progress would determine it being either 50% or 100%!

Communication is extremely important to me! I will keep in contact as much as I can during the process of your piece to make sure you're updated on its progress or anything possibly slowing down the process if necessary to mention to you!
