"I" refers to Bluebell, the designer. "You" refers to the client. "The work" refers to the pieces purchased by the client, as well as any other assets generated through its creation. 

Progress on the work will not start until the full payment is received, unless the total quote is above $1000 USD, in which case a 50% deposit before work starts is acceptable.

One major revision is included. Additional revisions may incur a fee. 

If the deadline is not specified in the proposal, the progress of the work will be done at my pace. This could be up to a few months.

The work may not be used in anything associated with NFTs or image AI programs.

The work may not be redistributed/resold without purchasing the specific commercial rights.

Unless a NDA is purchased, I retain the right to use the work for showcase purposes in my portfolio, reel, and other promotional avenues.

Unless the specific commercial rights are purchased, I retain the copyright of the work. 

You may not claim the work as your own doing, nor may you edit it and claim it as your own doing.

If the work is cancelled by you when progress on the work has already begun but no work has been delivered, a partial refund may be available based on the degree of progress made.

If I need to cancel the commission for personal reasons, and no work has been delivered, a partial to full refund may be available.

By commissioning us, you agree that you have read and accepted all the following terms and conditions.

Accepting commission payments only through VGen's built-in systems.

Two revisions in total, one after the sketch for bigger changes and one after rendering for small corrections. Additional corrections during the process result in a fee of 20-50€ per change.

There will be no revisions for Animated YCH commissions, the commission will be completed in a SKEB-like manner / as a surprise me -type commission. 

It will take up to 1 month / 30 days to complete your commission. If you have a rush deadline, a fee of 2x the original price of the commission will be applied and you will receive the commission within a week. We don't mind clients asking for updates but please keep inquiries to a reasonable amount.

For animated YCH commissions, there is no extra fee for streaming-related use (schedule art, starting soon screen, etc.). If you plan to use the commissioned art for merchandise or prints, an additional fee of 300€+ will be applied. No NFT or AI-related use is allowed.

We retain the rights to the artwork and will be allowed to post it online. In a case where the client wishes to keep the artwork secret, an NDA fee of 100€ will be added to the original price.

No refunds unless for any reason we can't complete the commission. In this case, a full refund will be issued.

When ordered through VGen, I accept commission payments only through VGen's built-in systems.

No revisions are included with this product save obvious technical errors with the file.

SPARKLE

 A highly complex and slick animation with multiple rapid scenes, scene building, and my most advanced techniques and degree of care devoted to your vision. If you want something truly outstanding and unique, this is for you.

Due to the immense work required to achieve this degree of animation, the base length is considerably lower than the full-length video services. For this reason, combining this with a full-length video commission or using it as a loop is a viable option-- please feel free to discuss this with me!

, factors such as commercial rights and increased complexity notwithstanding. Longer animations are of course available as an add-on.

The higher the offering price, the higher the complexity and quality of the result.

 This means if you request something that I normally offer at a much lower price then you will probably get something I drew (with love) in MS Paint. Them's the breaks.
