• At least one full-body front image is required to start.
• Side and back view references are not required but can help with the work.
• If detailed references of side and back views, tails, hair, or accessories are not provided, I reserve the right to model those areas based on my interpretation.
• Clothes may differ slightly from the initial references (e.g., clothing settings may change), as Vroid has some limitations. You will be notified if this occurs.
• The price may vary depending on the character setup.
• Any additional requirements must be mentioned before the project is completed.



Workflow



• Upon receiving your commission form, I will review the references and DM you to discuss the commission.

• If we reach an agreement, I will send the VGen proposal.

• Work-in-progress updates will be sent via VGen, and I encourage you to share feedback at any time.

• The finished work will be delivered through VGen using a Google Drive link.



Project Stages



The project will be divided into three phases:



• Sketch (First Phase): Creation of the initial structure and model design.

• Detailing (Second Phase): Application of colors, textures, and artistic details on the model.

• Finalization in Unity (Third Phase): Final adjustments to the model, such as shader setup and other technical definitions. After this phase, the model will be ready for delivery.

Important: Once each phase is completed and approved by the client, changes to previous phases will no longer be allowed.





Deadlines and Delivery



The estimated completion time is 1 to 3 months, depending on the current queue. Please note that I also have full-time work commitments, so I appreciate your understanding.



Commercial and Streaming Rights



• The model cannot be used for AI or NFT purposes.

• You may use your model for commercial or personal purposes. I would appreciate it if you credited me as your VTuber mom!



Confidentiality



• If confidentiality is required for the project, this must be notified in advance on the VGen request form.

• If confidentiality is not requested, the model will be posted on my social media 15 days after it is completed and delivered.
