Art & Rigging Package Policy, 2024

 please read these terms of service carefully. Use of my services means that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms of services. 

I will accept payment after a sketch is done. 

50% of the total cost need to be paid by the client upfront to secure a commission slot. this deposit is non-refundable. 

after this upfront payment is confirmed the client will enter the waiting list. 

Delivery will be after the project is complete and the remaining 50% payment is confirmed 

1. The client will receive a compensation discount in the remaining 50% 

2. In cases where the client choose to terminate the commission service after agreeing on a commission but before the project is complete, 

I reserve the right to retain any non-refundable payments.

3. Should the client wish to continue a commission at a later date after a commission agreement has been cancelled prior, 

they will be required to request a new project quotation and pay a new non-refundable deposit.

Maximum of 3 times of revision during the sketch/line phase. no major revision allowed after the rendering phase.

 any other revisions require additional charge of $50 per revision(s)

1. After receiving order, I will draft a simple art sketch based on the client's references for the client to preview and confirm.

2. After client's confirmation, commission agreement will start and Client will be asked to pay a 50% non refundable deposit

3. After the deposit is confirmed the client will enter the waiting list. I will work on projects based on who's earliest on this waiting list.

4. Estimated working duration is 2 weeks (14 days) to 1 month (30 days), with a maximum of 2 months (60 days), starting from when I start working on the client's turn in the waiting list. duration will differ according to project complexity. All delays will be communicated.

5. Client have 3 chances of revision before we enter the rendering process.

6. After rendering, Client will be given a preview of the artwork before the rigging process. no major revision allowed from this point onward.

7. After the rigging is completed, the client will be given a preview.

8. After client's confirmation of the preview, Client will be asked to pay the remaining 50% plus any other additional costs added during the project progression.

9. after the remaining payment is made and confirmed, I will send all deliverables through vgen.

Personal and commercial use will be granted for custom made Live2D models. any resells of a Live2D model is 

unless both me as the artist and the client have mutual agreement. usage for NFT and AI related technologies is 

Client reserve all intellectual property rights for custom made artworks. I reserve the right to broadcast and post all of my works in all forms for the use of my own portfolio, with credit to the client.  In case the client want me to refrain from posting the commissioned works before a set date, please specify the reason and date in the request form. 

No refunds, only discount compensation as stated above in PAYMENTS.

All communications can be made in twitter DM, email, or Discord (Discord preferable for faster updates)

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

Pose, traits, multiple characters, add-ons, etc.

Live2D Art & Rigging Package - Extra Add-ons

This service is only available for my previous clients. please only use this service to commission extra add-ons to your already made Live2D model created by me.

Specified below are the base prices for each add-ons category. complexity may increase price.

+$300 for simple/mid detail, +$450 for complex detail

Small, easy to rig items: $25 per piece (Glasses, hair accessories, clothes accessories, etc.)

Large or complex to rig items: +$75 per piece (Weapons, Mascots, Wings, Animal Ears, etc.)

FREE up to $75 depending on complexity (please do ask first)

You will receive the updated model .psd with the new add-ons and the updated live2d model files.
