Artist will draw based on her analyze of your reference however please feel free to suggest or request atmosphere or overall emotion. 

Eventhough it is a no communication (Surprise me) but client can confirm on the final sketch before rendering. 

B&W or monotone headshot or bust up of single character . Theme background fits for the character. 

Theme background such as feathers, bones, decorative patterns. 

This is almost like skeb-like where i will chose the pose and background with your suggestion. However i will provide sketch for you to confirm.
