I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.

Credit me as "なぎさ" or "Nagisa" with a link to either my commission page and/or my YouTube/Twitter.

I will start work when either a 50% down payment or a full payment has been made.

All tracks should be isolated without an instrumental behind it, without editing (raw), and without overlaps. Any overlaps should be separated into another track.

Uploaded files/folder should include an on-vocal as a reference track and an off-vocal track in the same key and bpm.

While I will accept any quality audio (phone recordings, peaking tracks, etc), the quality of the final mix will be greatly affected by the original audio quality.

Retakes and additional files not originally included will incur a fee of $5 per track and may delay the final mix. Please make sure your files are complete before commissioning.

Non-commercial commissions may be used as part of my portfolio/samples after completion.

Commercial commissions may be used as part of my portfolio/samples with permission from the client.

Any commission requiring a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will incur a fee and there will be a document for both parties to sign.

All prices listed in the description are in USD; clients are responsible for any applicable currency conversion fees regardless of payment method.

If the listed prices differ from a quote I gave (in DMs and such prior to contact on VGen), I will honor it; if it has been more than three months since the quote, please remind me of the details in the "Extra Info" section of the form as I may have forgotten about it.

Prices are calculated in the order of Base, Add-Ons, Discounts, then Rush Fees. Frequent Buyer's Discount is the only discount which will stack; for all other discounts, the highest discount will be used.

Payments must be made through the VGen system either via Stripe or Paypal.

Payment plans are offered for Full Mix commissions. Please note this in the "Extra Info" section if you need this option.

There are unlimited revisions during the timing/tuning/mixing stage.

There is a limit of TWO revisions during the mastering stage.

Please list any hard deadlines that you have; anything under 2 weeks may incur a rush fee.

There will be at least 3 WIPs delivered; one after the time/tune stage, one after the mixing stage, and one after the mastering stage.

Clients may ask for an audio WIP at any time outside of the 3 WIPs mentioned above

The final audio will be delivered as a 16-bit .wav file.

Acapella is available for no charge by request. Please note this in the request form.

All prices are for non-commercial use only, which gives exclusive rights for personal use, including but not limited to posting on your social media with credit and personal website display, that is not for sale or distribution to any other party.

If you intend to use the mix for commercial purposes, you will be subject to commercial fees.

Full refunds are available if I have not started working yet.

A partial refund is available if I am on the timing/tuning stage but have not finished yet, equal to 25% of the total commission.

No refunds are available once I have completed the timing/tuning stage and have moved onto the mixing stage.

I will give verbal updates for any progress during each stage, at least once every 3-5 days OR when significant progress has been made, at which time a WIP will be sent.

Harm Guide Policy

I will start work when a full payment has been made.

Unless specified otherwise, guides will be done in whatever way I feel is easiest (vocally recording OR as MIDI). If you have a preference, please note it on the request form.

Please list any hard deadlines that you have; anything under 1 week may incur a rush fee.

Clients may ask for an audio WIP at any time.

The final product will be delivered as a folder of multiple 16-bit .wav files: With Instrumental, Acapella, and any additional isolated files (for 2+ harmonies only)

If you intend to use the guides for commercial purposes, you will be subject to commercial fees.

guides used for non-monetized videos will not be required to pay a commercial fee.

If a guide was used for a non-monetized video at the time of purchase, but the video later becomes eligible for monetization AND the client wishes to monetize the video, then an "upgrade" fee to cover the commercial fee will be retroactively be applied. Please contact me for more information.

If a guide is purchased without paying a commercial fee but is later discovered to have been for a commercial purpose, commissioners will be blacklisted from commissioning me until the commercial fee has been paid.

Full refunds are available if I have not started yet.

Translation Policy

Unless specified otherwise, translations will be done on a Google Sheets spreadsheet.

Please list any hard deadlines that you have; anything under 24 hours may incur a rush fee.

The final product will be delivered as a Google Sheets spreadsheet.

Add-On: Translyrics Vocal Guide will be delivered as a 16-bit .wav file.

If you intend to use the translation for commercial purposes, you will be subject to commercial fees.

Commercial purposes refer to cases such as the translation being used in monetized videos, being distributed onto monetized platforms, or commissions from clients belonging to corporate organizations.

Translations used for non-monetized videos will not be required to pay a commercial fee.

If a translation was used for a non-monetized video at the time of purchase, but the video later becomes eligible for monetization AND the client wishes to monetize the video, then an "upgrade" fee to cover the commercial fee will be retroactively be applied. The final product will be delivered in a Google Drive folder with all relevant files, including but not limited to Google Sheets and 16-bit .wav files.

If you intend to use the mix or any parts of this bundle for commercial purposes, you will be subject to commercial fees.

Bundles used for non-monetized videos will not be required to pay a commercial fee.

If the bundle was used for a non-monetized video at the time of purchase, but the video later becomes eligible for monetization AND the client wishes to monetize the video, then an "upgrade" fee to cover the commercial fee will be retroactively be applied. Please contact me for more information.

If the bundle is purchased without paying a commercial fee but is later discovered to have been for a commercial purpose, commissioners will be blacklisted from commissioning me until a commercial fee has been paid.

A partial refund is available if I am in the process of creating a harmony guide, equal to 25% of the total commission.

No refunds are available once I have completed the harmony guide.

I will give verbal updates for any progress during each stage, at least once every 1-3 days in the translation/guide stages and 3-5 days during the mix stage OR when significant progress has been made.

Instrumental Mix TOS

There will be at least 2 WIPs delivered; one after the volume automation, and one after the mixing stage.

The final audio will be delivered as two 16-bit .wav files - stereo mix and mastered.

A partial refund is available if I am on the beginning stages of mixing, to include timing and tuning, equal to 25% of the total commission.

Lyrics + Guide Bundle TOS

There are unlimited revisions available during all stages.

If you intend to use any parts of this bundle for commercial purposes, you will be subject to commercial fees.

A partial refund is available if I am in the process of creating translyrics, equal to 25% of the total commission.

No refunds are available once I have finished creating translyrics.

Full Mix Terms of Service

This Terms of Service (TOS) agreement is between me, the Artist, and you, the Client, for services performed on a project henceforth referred to as a Commission. By sending in a request, Client is agreeing to all terms stated on this TOS, and any changes or modifications specific to a Commission must be discussed beforehand via Direct Messages (DMs). Those modifications, if any, will be re-listed on the Commission's proposal/invoice for transparency.

As courtesy, samples will be uploaded as unlisted YouTube videos until the Client has posted their version OR until one year has passed from the delivery date, whichever is sooner.

Commercial Commissions may be used as part of my portfolio/samples after completion with permission from the Client. As courtesy, samples will be uploaded as unlisted YouTube videos until the Client has posted their version OR until one year has passed from the delivery date, whichever is sooner. When the Client has posted their version, that will be added to my portfolio and the unlisted version will be removed. When one year has passed from the delivery date without a Client version, my unlisted version will become a public video.

There is a limit of FIVE revisions during the mixing stage.

Any revisions past the above allotted revisions will incur fee per revision.

Any revisions required due to my own mistakes will not incur revision fees. Revisions required due to differences in creative visions will count towards the limit and may incur revision fees if there are more than what is allowed.

Please list any hard deadlines that you have in the form; anything under the listed minimum time required may incur a rush fee. Deadlines under the listed minimum rush timing will not be accepted.

There will be multiple audio WIPs sent, at least one per stage.

The final audio will be delivered as a stereo 44.1k hz, 16-bit .wav file.

I retain original copyright and ownership of the Commission, including but not limited to redistributing, advertising, and displaying the Commission on my websites.

The services offered through VGen at a fixed price

The quality and/or the turnaround time will be affected by the price set by the Client (minimum $15 USD).

Only Non-Commercial Commissions are offered for this service. For Commercial Commissions, please use the normal services.

Clients are entitled to a minimum of TWO revisions. The number of revisions allowed will increase by the amount that is being paid and will be noted in the proposal.

Please list any hard deadlines that you have in the form; I will do my best to meet the deadline but is not guaranteed. If you would like an order that is guaranteed to meet that deadline, please see the respective Original Service.

Acapella is available for no charge by request for Mixes. Please note this in the request form.

If a Commission is purchased without paying a Commercial fee but is later discovered to have been for a Commercial purpose, the Client will be blacklisted from commissioning me.

No refunds are available if the amount paid is less than the respective Original Service.

Partial refunds are available if the amount paid is greater than or equal to the respective Original Service, following the refund policies of the respective Original Service.

Voice Terms of Service

Uploaded files/folder should include a script and any delivery notes, such as the tone/expression in which the line(s) should be delivered.

Voice references in the form of YouTube videos and audio recordings are accepted, but are optional.

Uploaded files/folder should include an on-vocal as a reference track and an off-vocal track in the same key and bpm. 

If a MIDI demo is used as a reference, an isolated melody audio file is required. An accompanying lead sheet music is optional, and can be substituted for an isolated melody file.

If there are multiple files, all files must be labeled clearly with

For smaller projects, a WIP is not guaranteed but is available upon request.

For larger projects, a WIP is available upon request.

The final audio will be delivered as mono 44.1k hz, 16-bit .wav files unless otherwise specified.
