Yiyi's Terms of Service

I reserve the right to decline a commission I do not feel comfortable doing without giving further reason.

Payment is upfront. I will work on the commission after i receive the money

I do not do refunds once i started working. if you think you might need the money for any other reason, please don't commission me.

I'll refund if I can't deliver the work for any other reasons.

There will always be a time limit (usually of one month) unless stipulated otherwise. If the commission isn't delivered before the deadline, you can issue a refund.

At the sketching process, you can ask for small changes (E.g. hand pose, expression, small details) without fee. Nonetheless, I can do three drastic changes (E.g. whole body pose, different outfit, different scene) for free, after that further extreme changes have a fee.

After the sketch is approved, only little changes can be made for free.

Revision fees will not apply if it's a mistake on my part.

The commission can take from 4 days to a 1 month to be finished. It depends on my waitlist, the type of commission and how busy I am with other matters.

If the commission isn't done before the deadline, you can issue a refund.

You have personal use unless you pay a commercial fee. Personal use includes:

Post the artwork on other sites (with credit to me).

Add minor details that do not affect the artwork (filters, stickers, resize, etc.).

Use the artwork as your profile picture/banner.

"Commercial use" is when you're generating some type of profit from my artwork. When buying a commercial commission from me, you're also buying the rights to use my artwork for your product.

these fees do not apply to personal use commissions as they are not to be used for profit.

+100% of the total price is for when the artwork is NOT the bulk of the product (E.g. album covers, promotional art, stream assets, twitch/youtube/patreon banner, etc.). These will be referred to as "standard commercial use."

+200% of the total price is for when the artwork IS the bulk of the product (E.g. t-shirts, posters, bodypillows, merchandise, etc.). These will be referred to as "merchandise commercial use."

Unless an NDA fee was paid, commissioned art will be shown on my social media, websites and streams  (It will be credited and watermarked).

I work on commissions monday to saturday (There might be exceptions to this rule e.g. rush fee).

I require direct and honest communication, please be straight-forward! I want to provide something you'll like.

All commissioners must provide clear, visual references. Character reference sheets, mood boards, avatar makers, MMOs, sample of poses / angles / expressions,  any other relevant files or links.

Either your username on social media, an alias or both (Clarify social media).

I don't mind if you change your mind later down the line. If you choose the "surprise me" box, I can give you updates but i won't alter the drawing (unless it's a mistake from my part e.g. missing accessory)

One week minimun. Rush order fee of +20USD

Standard and merchandise commercial use are described in the T.O.S.

I'll tag the accounts on the websites that you have provided previously.

Black and white could be lighter or darker, depending on what fits the character.

If you only want the base price, just write 30. Keep in mind that it doesn't include commercial usage,

Pose, traits, multiple characters, add-ons, props, etc. Since there is no communication during the commission process, I advice you to leave any extra information here.

Simple means the background will be abstract (patterns, gradients, etc.). Scene means the drawing will be set in an existent background (sky, city, etc.). Scene backgrounds may add a fee depending on complexity)
