Terms of Service

All clients will receive a sketch for approval. If additional adjustments are requested after the approval of this initial sketch, additional charges may apply.

All clients will receive an approximate turnaround time at the time of payment. All requests will be completed in the order of payment received, except in the event of a rush order (which will incur an extra charge). All attempts will be made to deliver the product by the estimated turnaround time, and if an extension is necessary, I will inform the client as soon as possible. No deadlines outside of the rush order are guaranteed, and if a rush order is requested that cannot be fulfilled, the client will be informed before payment is made.

All commissions outside of commercial use commissions (with the applicable fee) are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Any commissions without the proper commercial use fee and agreement MAY NOT be used for merchandising, product creation, or any other means by which to generate income. 

I reserve rights to use my art in any means I see fit, including but not limited to, streaming the creation of the art, use as banners and advertising materials for my business, and use as speedpaints. This excludes any requests listed as NDA which will incur the appropriate charge at the time of purchase.

Refunds will not be permitted past the initial sketch approval phase. Please understand that the sketch approval phase is the last time to make requests for changes OR to request a refund. All commissions that have had their sketches approved will be non-refundable.

Communication will be made through the client's choice of delivery between Twitter, Discord, or email.

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

Pose, traits, multiple characters, add-ons, etc.

Requests without a visual reference will incur an extra design charge 

Additional headshots will be $35 USD each

Up to one additional fullbody can be added to the ref sheet for $80 USD

Full body chibi with simple or transparent BG

Commercial/Merchandise use will incur a fee of 1x the base price as an additional charge

Character Animation with simple or transparent BG

Detailed Background/ scene - Price varies, contact for quote
