All Around Policy 

Please provide a full reference or full oc sheet for me to work with, this also includes cannon characters as well. That being said it is optional but not a need to send poses and the kind of vibe you’d like for your commission being sent such as aesthetic boards, lighting, etc.  

That said, if designs are complex, there may be an additional charge. The commission also may be recorded or shown on Twitch to be worked on.

Please be advised that any form of inappropriate conduct directed towards me will not be condoned. If such behaviour transpires, I must inform you that your commission may or will be subject to termination. I also have the right to reject any order I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

Sketch colours or sketch commissions require full payment upfront.

Full illustrations will be divided into two partial payments. The first half is due at the beginning of the project, and the second half will be required upon completion and after the Work-In-Progress (WIP) updates are provided.

Please note that these payment terms ensure a fair and efficient process for both parties involved. Should you have any questions or require further clarification, feel free to reach out at your convenience!

Throughout the creation of coloured illustrations (sketch or full), consistent Work-In-Progress (WIP) updates keep you informed about the ongoing development. Feel free to provide feedback and request changes during this stage. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I welcome open dialogue to ensure the final artwork aligns perfectly with your vision. So don’t be shy in asking for alterations before the final product with each WIP is sent. 

After the completion of a commission, minor adjustments, limited to small colouring or marking mistakes, can be made without any additional charges. 

For significant modifications, such as outfit changes, additions or subtractions, background alterations, or any revisions that necessitate a complete redraw, an extra fee will apply. 

It is essential that the initial reference provided by the client is clear and unambiguous. In cases where the reference is unclear, any subsequent minor changes will be subject to a fee. To ensure a smooth and satisfactory process, I kindly request that clients provide explicit and specific instructions in their order, outlining their desired outcome, especially during the WIPs stages. 

The time it takes to finish your commission as well varies 1 week - 3 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, and other work. If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.

I may charge you extra if you wish to have a commission by a specific time.

Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size if you wish. 

Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

I reserve the right to utilize the copyrighted artwork in the following manners:

Promoting my work on any platform or website.

Displaying the artwork in any setting of my choosing.

Posting the artwork on any relevant platform.

The following is considered copyright infringement:

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 450% of the original price.

With commercial rights, you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.

Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand.

Credit is still required for the usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission; If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.

If you are getting a refund, do not request a charge back. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

If you request a charge back at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all before mentioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the charge back and supply the platform with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

For Full Illustration busts I will receive full payment due to needing funds for school TT any additional characters will be 75% !
