Terms of Service

I will send you a proposal within 3 days.

I accept your request based on your social credibility and history of activities.

Prices are subject to increase in the future.

Accepting your commission. I will provide you with a rough estimate and production schedule.

Payment from client. Basically, payment is made in advance. In case of difficulty, two payments can be made. (Once before the start, once after the rough, twice in total, etc.)

Production begins. Submission of color roughs.

All Copyright over the art will belong to the artist.

Clients can use my commission art on social media or streams.

A commercial use fee will be charged for merchandising. 

Please contact me with details such as what kind of merchandise you would like to use the image for.

From the start of production to delivery, about 3-4 week.

 The start of production will depend on the production schedule at that time.

Additional charges may apply for short delivery times.

The artist has the right to cancel the order if there is any breach in the terms in any given moment.

Communication can be made via VGen, X, DMs, email, Discord.

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

Additional characters : about 40 USD (per character)

Up to 3 revisions are free of charge. However, major revisions, such as design changes before delivery, may incur an additional fee.
