Theobunns' Policy

• please send me detailed references so the process would be faster! (for example images of your OC's!).

• there would be additional charges for every additional characters (currently additional character only up to 2)   

• additional characters are half the price form the selected option.

• I have the right to decline a commission.

• payment up front after your slot is confirmed - i will begin the piece once i've received payment

• expected payment in full (no partial payments with exceptions). 

• after the payment I'll update you with a first rough sketch and lines progress later on. After that you receive the finished piece. You can ask for further updates if you like. Preferred changes would be ideal in this process! Minor revisions are allowed (ex: small color changes, pose, etc.).

• NO more revisions allowed after the piece is finished and edited.

• i CANNOT guarantee the commission to be done by a certain date! the time for the commission to be completed can be up to 2 months.

•If you want it to be delivered sooner, I'll charge a + 50% base price fee.

• DO NOT claim art as your own or sell for commercial use WITHOUT my permission

• i may use your commission piece in my portfolio or future commission samples and use it in self-promotion

• Non-profit commissions: the listed prices are for personal and private use only!! therefore commissioners do not have the right to sell a piece of art in any way, shape or form including merchandise. this includes minting as nft's.

•If you require a contract to be signed for commercial work or projects regarding usage, non-disclosure agreements, or any other legal agreements, please let me know and we can discuss and arrange it from your end to ensure a professional and seamless process.

• if an invoice has not been sent to the commissioner promptly, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

• the commissioner cannot demand any refunds after a commission has been started

• if a charge-back is charged against the artist by a commissioner, the rights of the commission will be retracted from the commissioner and given to the artist. The artists holds the right to file a complaint if necessary. The artist retains the right to all transactions received from the commissioner.

•Please do not DM me to ask for updates everyday, but you are welcome to ask for updates weekly. Work In Progress will be given to the commissioner at each step of the process.
