I have the right to reject or cancel your commission with a given reason.

I do not do furry, mecha, NSFW, extreme muscle type characters.

Work will begin after payment has been received.

I will start working on the commission after payment has been done and depending on commission queue

Once I have started on commission I will be sending sketches and updating until it is done.

The customer is allowed to ask for updates only after initial sketch has been sent and approved.

The customer may ask for big changes within the sketch or flat color stages (max of 2 changes), but anything beyond that stage will be subjected to extra payment unless they are small changes.

Due to my real job, there is currently no set deadline for orders.

If a deadline is requested, depending on time frame an extra fee may be applied.

You are free to use art for streaming use only! Please just credit the work back to me!

If you want to use my art for merchandise purposes a commercial fee will be applied.

I am free to use the art for my own portfolio work. 

The customer may cancel or refund before I have started working on their commission

If the customer asks for a refund once I have started on the commission (including sketch phase), I will only refund 50% of the price paid.

The customer can not ask for a refund once the artwork has been finished.

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

If the customer files chargeback, their rights to everything they have commission will be retracted and will lose the right to commission me ever again, and I will have the right to use the commissioned artwork however I want to.

Communication will be done through platform by the choice of client (Discord, Twitter, Email only)

Clients are free to ask for updates for art at any time, but due to work and irl responsibilities, progress might not be quick in that timeframe.

Pose, traits, multiple characters, add-ons, etc.
