Matryoshka Policy

You may not purchase our work files for these models.

Credit must be in an easy to see place where you use your model the most. Twitch panels/Youtube description for streaming, as an example. Credit must be given to Pumpiino for art and Crowphet for rigging.

Commercial use for video/stream content only. Inquire for more licenses 

All payments will be made via VGen. We require payment to save slots and or to start the model. Half payments are accepted for the waitlist, but the full payment must be given before we start the model!

During the sketch phase you get 1 whole model redo, 2 major revisions and 3 colour changes for free. Anything more will cost extra. There is no revisions when the final art starts. Minor revisions are free and all revisions will be classified before working on them.

Major revisions include but are not limited to;

During the rigging phase you get 2 major revisions for free. Anything more will cost extra. 5 minor revisions for free, the rest will be paid.

We are on a first come first serve basis for deadlines. 

If you don't state a deadline we will take our time on the project. 

Should a deadline come to mind after purchase, please contact us. There is no guarantees. There may be a fee depending on how close the deadline is, or there may not be. 

We reserve the right to take break days and prioritize our health. 

We understand how important timelines are and we give you our word that we will our hardest try to meet them. 

The price includes the right to use this model for any streaming/video creation. For merch or anything you wish to sell outside of stream/video creation, you must contact us to discuss more details. 

You may not change the texture atlas without our express permission. 

Pumpiino owns the art and design of the model, and Crowphet owns the rigging. We are giving you permission to use our product, but you may not claim it as something you have made or designed.

For clarification, the original design is still owned by the original owner. Pumpiino ONLY owns the new design of the Matyroshka model and its art.

We do not accept refunds. If you are unhappy with our product, we will work with you within our capabilities to meet your expectations! Please do not purchase if you are unsure you will have enough funds.

If we have not contacted you within 1 month of starting your commission you are entitled to a refund.

If a major life event happens and we are unable to do your commission in a timely manner* you are entitled to a refund.

If we started your commission and have not finished it in a timely manner* you are entitled to a refund.

Please talk with us before resorting to a refund.

Each model will take its own time length. Due to this, timely manner refers to a large length of time after our initial estimation. A large length of time is at a minimum 2 months after the start of the model.

You most likely will speak to Pumpiino the whole duration of the commission unless you need specific back and forth with the rigger. Please do not send Pumpiino non-work related things without Pumpiino's permission. 

We'd love to see any promotional things or otherwise that include the model! (Showing the model stream/tweets about the model. Videos or memes including the model). Feel free to @ us on twitter during these tweets or send the stream via twitter.

Gacha

This commission does not have revisions. However, any bugs or mismatch of colours will be corrected.

You will get it the day of as long as you submit it before 8pm MST.

You may recolour things via vtube studio.

I own any art I draw. I am giving you permission to use my art, but you may not claim it as something you have made or designed.
